I am now in a place where I want to hold, lead and spark conversation on the new paradigm for families. The reverence of a woman making more income than her husband or partner and generously providing. A place where women get to build global enterprises while raising children and being exceptional mothers Where husbands release the cultural pressure of having to “bring home the bacon” as their greatest asset to a home. The shift into fathers being an equally involved parent The permission to create your family’s unique experience for ultimate fulfillment.

I know I’m ready to lead this because I have walked it, I’m doing it and it is my source of daily bliss I am still learning but I have certainly come a long way.

We now have a home of acknowledging and celebrating how we all compliment and co create our mission of love, fulfillment and memory making moments. I will happily stand as an example for families of what is possible when we boldly design a life that doesn’t always make sense to others but makes complete sense to us and those we love.
