John O. Utendahl

John Utendahl is a seasoned financial services executive and investment banker with over 40 years of experience in the field. In 2023, John retired from his most recent role as the Chairman of the Global Corporate and Investment Bank for Bank of America ("BofA"). At BofA, he served as the Senior Client Relationship Executive and trusted advisor to C-Suite and Board of Directors leadership at major corporations across various sectors such as industrials, media & telecommunications, financial services & insurance, technology & software, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, aviation and private equity. As the Chairman, he was accountable for bringing the full power of the bank's global capabilities (banking, markets and advisory) to assist the largest clients by orating innovative solutions for their most significant financial opportunities. Mr. Utendahl was the lead advisor for over 30 of the bank's most significant and important corporate clients. In addition, he played an active role throughout his tenure at BofA as an advocate for diversity and inclusion in all facets of the bank's operations.

Immediately prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Utendahl pioneered the role of Vice Chairman at Deutsche Bank. Again, using C-Suite and Board Member relationships, he established the position and implemented a client relationship management strategy that successfully integrated the senior advisor role into the account team structure. Mr. Utendahl was able to capitalize upon Deutsche Bank's global platform to create international opportunities for numerous corporate clients.

Before these senior positions at major investment banks, John spent almost two decades as Chairman of the Utendahl Financial Organization, consisting of a broker-dealer, corporate finance advisory and asset management and established several private equity and real estate funds. The Utendahl Financial Organization was built from Utendahl Capital Partners, LP, established in 1992 – the largest minority-owned financial organization in the country for many years.

John began his career at Salomon Brothers in 1982 as a corporate bond trader and later became a trading desk manager in Merrill Lynch's corporate bond department. He has also served as a Director on several Boards, including the Securities Industry Association (SIA), the U.S. Fund for UNICEF and Big Brothers/Big Sisters. John received a BS degree in Business from Long Island University and an MBA in finance from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business, where he was also honored as the keynote speaker at the graduation ceremonies in 1994.

B. Marc Allen is a global C-suite business leader and board director with a record of driving enterprise-wide transformation through innovation, growth and productivity initiatives. His success lies at the intersection of intrapreneurship, government and global/technological convergence. A life-long learner with a foundation in law, Marc spent 17 years in global aerospace, with nearly a decade as a member of The Boeing Company’s Executive Council. As Boeing Chief Strategy Officer, Marc reimagined a capabilities-first enterprise strategy in response to COVID-19 and 737 Max challenges. An innovation champion, he designed an Enterprise Technology Office and guided forwardthinking M&A and jv investment. He led Wisk Aero’s acquisition and served as Chairman. He resurrected HorizonX, the leading aerospace corporate venture capital firm.

Marc’s dizzying series of diverse global leadership roles included the acquisitions, integrations and P&L of multiple units as President of Boeing’s Embraer Partnership in Brazil, for which he ultimately led Boeing through a complicated exit decision. He created a global operating model and growth strategy for operations representing 60% of total revenue as President of Boeing International. He drove outsized P&L performance of Boeing’s $5B product finance and leasing business as President of Boeing Capital. He transformed strategy and relationships with Chinese industry and government stakeholders in a career-defining ex-pat role as President of Boeing China.

Marc pivoted to business leadership after first spearheading Boeing’s creation of a worldclass Global Law Affairs team. His foundational roles included being a litigation attorney at a respected firm; a founding start-up entrepreneur; a strategy consultant at a leading boutique; and law clerk for US Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.

A caring and committed leader, Marc quickly gains followership and is respected for identifying, hiring and building diverse, world-class teams focused on excellence. Marc sits on the boards of P&G and multiple not-for-profits. He chairs the world’s largest anti-slavery NGO, International Justice Mission. He is a respected industry thought leader and speaker; an Aspen Institute Henry Crown Fellow; a Council on Foreign Relations lifetime member; and a private pilot.

Paget Alves Chairman

Mr. Alves, served as Chief Sales Officer of Sprint Corporation, from January 2012 to September 2013 after serving as President of that company’s Business Markets Group from 2009 to 2012.

Prior thereto, Mr. Alves held various senior executive positions at Sprint Corporation. Prioir to his Sprint career Mr. Alves was President and Chief Operating Officer of Centennial Communications Corporation and served as President and CEO of PointOne Telecommunications, Inc.

Mr. Alves currently is Chairman of the board of Sorenson Communications and serves on the boards of Yum! Brands, Synchrony Financial , Assurant and Ariel Alternatives.

Most recently, Savoy magazine recognized Mr. Alves among Savoy’s 2023 Most Influential Black Corporate Directors.

Mr. Alves received a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations and a J.D. from Cornell University.

Shellye Archambeau

Ms. Archambeau is an experienced CEO and Board Director with a track record of accomplishments building brands, high performance teams, and organizations.

Ms. Archambeau currently serves on the boards of Verizon [NYSE:VZ] where she chairs the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee, Roper Technologies [NYSE:ROP] where she chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee, and Okta [NASDAQ: OKTA].

She previously served on the boards of Nordstrom and Arbitron (acquired by Neilson). She is a senior executive mentor with the ExCo Group, and serves on the boards of two national non-profits, Catalyst and Braven.

She is the former CEO of MetricStream, a Silicon Valley-based, governance, risk, and compliance software company that enables corporations to improve their business operations through better risk management across the enterprise. Under her leadership MetricStream was recognized for growth and innovation over the years and was named in the top 10 of the “Deloitte Technology Fast 50” and named a global leader in GRC by leading independent analyst firms for 9 consecutive years.

Ms. Archambeau has over 30 years of experience in technology leading organizations focused on business to business as well as business to consumer. She is a recognized expert in marketing and co-authored, ""Marketing That Works: How Entrepreneurial Marketing Can Add Sustainable Profits to Any Sized Company."" She has held EVP of Sales and Chief Marketing Officer roles for two public companies and as President of Blockbuster.com, launched the entertainment retailer’s first online presence.

She is also the author of the best seller, Unapologetically Ambitious: Take Risks, Break Barriers and Create Success on Your Own Terms.

Craig Arnold

Craig Arnold is chairman and chief executive officer of Eaton, a global intelligent power management company.

Craig became chairman and CEO on June 1, 2016. He was appointed a member of the company’s board of directors and named Eaton’s president and chief operating officer on September 1, 2015.

Formerly, Craig served as vice chairman and chief operating officer of the company’s Industrial Sector from February 2009 to August 2015. Craig joined Eaton in 2000 as senior vice president and group executive of the Fluid Power Group.

He previously worked at General Electric Company, where he had served as corporate vice president and president, GE Lighting Services Ltd., since 1999. There he led the company’s lighting business in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.

Craig started his career with General Electric in 1983 and later served as corporate vice president and president of GE Plastics, Greater China, and then of GE Appliances, Asia, from 1997 to 1999.

Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, San Bernardino, and a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University.

Currently, Craig is lead board director for Medtronic, Inc. and a board director for the Business Roundtable, where he also serves on the group’s Special Committee for Racial Equity and Justice. He is a member of The Business Council and the advisory board of The Salvation Army of Greater Cleveland, and sits on the boards of Greater Cleveland Partnership and the United Way of Greater Cleveland.

Frank Baker

Frank Baker is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Siris, the predecessor fund of which was formed in 2006. Siris is a middle market private equity firm focused on deep value, control equity investments around special situations in the telecom, technology and technology-enabled business service sectors.

Mr. Baker has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from the University of Chicago. He is a Trustee of the University of Chicago, Spelman College and the Norton Museum of Art, a Director of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) and Chairman of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights.

Swizz Beatz

Producer, Rapper, DJ & Songwriter

Grammy-winning producer, rapper, DJ and songwriter Kasseem “Swizz Beatz” Dean unleashed a boundary-pushing approach to production that helped shape the sound of rap over several eras. He was the force behind countless hits ranging from the early 2000s into the present. In addition to his own two studio albums, he has produced countless hits for DMX, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Drake, Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, and many of the biggest names in rap. At the height of the global pandemic, he joined forces with producer Timbaland to launch the unifying, live-music streaming series, Verzuz. The venture earned the pair a spot on TIME’s 2021 list of most influential people, and resulted in an acquisition from live-streaming platform Triller.

In addition to his legendary music career, Dean—alongside his wife, Alicia Keys—is an avid art collector. They are the co-chairs of the Gordon Parks Foundation, which permanently preserves the work of the pioneering photographer, filmmaker, musician and activist. In February the Brooklyn Museum debuted Giants, the first major exhibition from their personal art holding, known as The Dean Collection. It includes works from Gordon, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Kehinde Wiley, Lorna Simpson, and others.

A modern day renaissance man, Dean’s creative spirit has propelled several meaningful projects, including his own line of footwear with Reebok, designing the Aston Martin Rapide, and executive producing a drama series for ABC. He became the first American to win a camel race in Saudi Arabia in 2022.

Dean was born in the Bronx and relocated to Atlanta as a teenager, where he began his career as a DJ. In 2017, he completed Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management executive program. He serves on the board of directors for the Brooklyn Museum, Monster Cable, and Reebok.

Ronald Blaylock

Ronald E. Blaylock is a Founder and Managing Partner of GENNX360 Capital Partners, a private equity fund headquartered in New York City. He plays a significant role in the overall portfolio construction of the GENNX360 private equity funds. He is responsible for overseeing funding requirements, and capital structure decisions for existing and new portfolio companies. As Chairman of the Investment Committee, he oversees acquisitions, and negotiates and structures investments with significant emphasis on risk management for the fund’s investments.

Prior to launching GENNX360 Capital Partners, Mr. Blaylock was Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Blaylock & Company, a highly regarded and one of the top investment banking firms in the country. The firm underwrote and advised on over $150 billion in transactions in 2005 alone. Blaylock & Co. participated in transactions for a diverse, blue-chip roster of clients that included AT&T, Boeing, CIT, GE, Google, Time Warner, UPS, and Verizon, among other Fortune 500 companies. In 1999, Blaylock was voted Capital Raiser of the Year by Corporate Finance Magazine.

Prior to founding Blaylock & Company, Mr. Blaylock held executive management positions with UBS and Citigroup.

Mr. Blaylock currently serves on the corporate boards of CarMax, Inc., Pfizer, Inc., W.R. Berkley and Advantage Solutions. He also currently serves on the boards of Carnegie Hall and the New York University Stern School of Business. He had previously served on the board of Georgetown University and the New York University Board of Trustees. He had also been named “Man of the Year” by Covenant House for his work with abandoned youth.

D. Steve Boland

D. Steve Boland is chief administrative officer for Bank of America and is a member of the company’s executive management team. In this role, Boland oversees the delivery of the company’s full range of capabilities for clients globally through its Public Policy, Corporate Social Responsibility, Workforce Development, Arts & Heritage, Global Corporate Communications, External Communications, Global Corporate Security, Executive Protection, Enterprise Services, and other related functions as well as, in the U.S., through its local markets organization including nearly 100 market presidents and teams.

Boland is also one of the vice chairs for the company’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Council. He represents Bank of America as a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and serves on a variety of corporate and nonprofit boards of directors, including Frontdoor, Inc., Novant Health Foundation and the National Urban League Board of Trustees.

Prior to his current role, Boland served as president of Retail Banking, responsible for the growth of the business serving 33 million U.S. mass market consumers.

Boland holds a degree in organizational studies from the School of Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University. In the course of his career, he has been recognized with several prestigious professional honors. These include being recognized by The Urban League of Central Carolinas with their 2023 Whitney M. Young, Jr. Award; as well as being named to Savoy Magazine’s 2022 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America; Black Enterprise Magazine’s 2017 list of the Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America; 75 Most Powerful Blacks on Wall Street in 2011; and 75 Most Powerful African Americans in Corporate America in 2005.

In addition, Boland was awarded with Bank of America’s Black Executive Leadership Council Vanguard Award for being at the forefront of advocating, sponsoring, promoting and overall investing in black talent.

Sharon Bowen

Sharon Bowen is Chair of the New York Stock Exchange. She also serves on the Boards of the Intercontinental Exchange, Akamai Technologies, Neuberger Berman and Bakkt Trust.

She was appointed by President Obama to serve as a Commissioner of the Commodities Futures Trading Commission and as Vice Chair of SIPC. She is a former partner of Latham & Watkins. She holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a JD-MBA and Honorary Doctor of Laws from Northwestern University.

Adriane Brown

Ms. Brown has been a Managing Partner of Flying Fish Partners, a venture capital firm that specializes in artificial intelligence and machine learning startups, since early 2021, after joining the firm as a Venture Partner in November 2018. Prior to that, Ms. Brown served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Intellectual Ventures (“IV”), an invention and investment company that commercializes inventions, from January 2010 through July 2017, and served as a Senior Advisor until December 2018.

Before joining IV, Ms. Brown served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell Transportation Systems. Over the course of 10 years at Honeywell, she held leadership positions serving the aerospace and automotive markets globally.

Prior to Honeywell, Ms. Brown spent 19 years at Corning, Inc., ultimately serving as Vice President and General Manager, Environmental Products Division, having started her career there as a shift supervisor.

Ms. Brown serves on the boards of directors of American Airlines Group, Inc., Axon Enterprise, Inc., eBay, Inc., KKR & Co. Inc., and the non-profit International Women’s Forum. Ms. Brown previously served on the boards of directors of Allergan Plc, and Raytheon Company until 2020 and Harman International Industries from 2013 to 2017.

Ms. Brown holds a Doctorate of Humane Letters and a bachelor’s degree in environmental health from Old Dominion University and is a recipient of its Distinguished Alumni Award. She also holds a master’s degree in management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she was a Sloan Fellow.

Jay Brown is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the music industry. In 2008, Brown co-founded Roc Nation and has overseen its evolution from a boutique company to an international, cultural powerhouse. Leading the industry in every aspect of modern entertainment, Roc Nation supports its diverse roster of talent via artist management, music publishing, touring, production, strategic brand development and beyond. The company’s client list includes some of the world’s most recognizable names including Alicia Keys, Big Sean, Christina Aguilera, Megan Thee Stallion and Rihanna. Brown currently serves as Vice Chairman of Roc Nation.

In March 2019, Brown co-founded Marcy Venture Partners (MVP), a venture capital firm, alongside Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter and Larry Marcus. The firm has a passion for building innovative businesses and mass-market brands that resonate with culture across products and services, media and technology. MVP invests in companies that embrace positive values including sustainability, empowerment, inclusivity, accessibility, convenience, health & wellness and personal expression.

Richelieu Dennis

Entrepreneur, investor and social commerce innovator Richelieu Dennis has a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation that traces back to his family’s roots in Africa and is sustained by a mission to serve underserved communities by advancing the philosophy of economic inclusion as a human right.

In 1991, upon graduating from Babson College and being unable to return to his native Liberia due to civil war, Richelieu co-founded Sundial Brands, the manufacturer behind top beauty and personal care brands SheaMoisture and Nubian Heritage. Richelieu served as the company’s chair and CEO until December 2019 and set the vision for its Community Commerce purpose-driven business model and drove its success as the number one natural hair and beauty company serving Black women and the larger multicultural and natural hair communities.

Under Richelieu’s leadership, Sundial grew from selling products on New York City streets to co-creating a comprehensive portfolio of offerings with major U.S. retailers and gaining global distribution. Upon stepping down from his roles as Sundial chair and CEO, Richelieu created the Social Mission Board, to scale Community Commerce across the global organization, as well as provide insights, strategy and learnings across Unilever. In 2017, Richelieu founded Essence Ventures, an independent Black-owned consumer technology company focused on merging content, community and commerce to create an ecosystem that meets the cultural and lifestyle needs of people of color.

Darren Dixon is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kingston Capital Management, LP, and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Kingston Infrastructure Partners, LP, a global infrastructure investment firm.

Prior to founding Kingston Infrastructure Partners in 2022, Darren was most recently Head of Goldman Sachs’ Global Capital Solutions Group, a structured investing business focused on infrastructure. He started his career at Goldman Sachs as a summer analyst and remained at the firm for 14 years.

Mr. Dumars was also founder and owner of the Joe Dumars Fieldhouse, a 125,000 square foot indoor sports complex in Detroit Michigan. The Fieldhouse operated for 25 years (1995-2020). In those 25 years, the Joe Dumars Fieldhouse hosted over 30 million visitors during league play, basketball, roller hockey and corporate events.

Mr. Dumars was founder and owner of Detroit Technologies Incorporated, a certified minority automotive supplier. Mr. Dumars oversaw the growth of Detroit Technologies from a start-up business to an annual revenue of $120, 000,000 with over 120 employees.

Mr. Dumars brings over 25 years of business and executive experience. Mr. Dumars has served on the Board of Directors for Fifth Third Bank and the Board of Advisors for the United States Tennis Association. Ava DuVernay

Her critically-acclaimed limited series When They See Us, for which she wrote, produced and directed all episodes, received sixteen primetime Emmy nominations. Her series Queen Sugar became the longest running Black family drama in television history in its seven seasons. Winner of the 2012 Sundance Film Festival’s Best Director Prize for her micro-budget film Middle of Nowhere, DuVernay was the first Black filmmaker to be awarded the top prize. DuVernay amplifies the independent work of people of color and women of all kinds through her non-profit narrative change collective ARRAY. ARRAY is the 2021 winner of the Peabody Institutional Award.

DuVernay sits on the Board of Governors of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, representing the directors branch in her second term. Her most recent feature film, ORIGIN, is in theaters now.

Marvin Ellison

Freddie Figgers

Freddie Figgers was abandoned at birth, and adopted in two days by Nathan Figgers. Nathan was a maintenance worker and handyman, and his wife Betty Mae, was a farm worker. Freddie grew up in Quincy, Florida. As a child, he enjoyed repairing old electrical equipment. His first computer repair was a broken Macintosh he acquired when he was nine, and succeeded in repairing it by soldering parts from a clock radio to the circuit board. When he was twelve, he began repairing and maintaining computers at his school during an after-school program. The director, who was the city's mayor, hired him to repair computers at city hall. Later, Freddie wrote a program to check water pressure gauges. He then left school at fifteen to go into business, repairing computers in a backyard shed. He launched his own cloud storage service in 2005. He financed subsequent expansion by writing software for clients.

Figgers' inventions include a GPS tracker that he embedded together with a two-way communicator in the sole of his father's shoe after Nathan Figgers developed Alzheimer's disease and started to wander; he sold the rights to the tracker for $2.2 million in January 2014, but his father died the same month.

Following the death of his uncle, a diabetic, he also developed a networked glucometer, to transmit users' glucose levels to a designated relative and their physician and it created an alert in case of abnormalities.

At sixteen, Figgers started Figgers Communication. In 2008, when he was nineteen, he started Figgers Wireless and began applying to the FCC for a telecommunications license to provide internet service to rural areas in northern Florida and adjacent southern Georgia. When he received a license in 2011, at 21, he was the youngest telecom operator in the United States, and as of February 2020, Figgers Communication was the only Black-owned telecom in the country.

Rick Fox

Prior to forming The RLJ Companies, Mr. Johnson was founder and chairman of Black Entertainment Television (BET), the nation's first Black-owned cable television network.

Johnson continues to attract and manage capital and create value for investors, and in 2012, announced the successful creation of RLJ Entertainment, Inc., a premium digital channel company serving distinct audiences primarily through its popular streaming services, Acorn TV (British Programming) and ALLBLK (formerly Urban Movie Channel/ UMC). RLJ Entertainment, Inc. marks the third time Johnson has successfully taken a company public. In 1991 Johnson took BET public, making the network the first African American company to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange. RLJ Lodging Trust, a hotel real estate investment trust (REIT), went public in 2011.

In 2001, Johnson sold BET to Viacom for approximately $3 billion. In July 2007, Johnson was named, by USA Today, one of "The 25 Most Influential Business Leaders of the Past 25 Years."

Two of Johnson's holding companies are ranked among the top Black-owned companies in the country on the Black Enterprise 100s list: RLJ-McLarty- Landers Automotive Holdings, LLC and RLJ Equity Partners, LLC.

Byron Jones

Byron Jones was born and raised in New Britain, Connecticut where he received his political science degree and played football for the University of Connecticut. Wetteny Joseph

Before joining Catalent, Mr. Joseph held a variety of senior financial positions at the industrial distribution company HD Supply, including as chief financial officer of its $1.2 billion plumbing and HVAC business unit. He also served as corporate controller for Hughes Supply, a Fortune 500, NYSE-listed company that was acquired by Home Depot and became part of HD Supply. Edward Lewis was born in the Bronx, New York. He earned a football scholarship to the University of New Mexico where he received a BA and a MA in Political Science and International Relations with an emphasis on Chinese and Russian History. Banking was his first endeavor; from 1966-1969 he worked as a financial analyst for First National City Bank. In 1968 his vision turned from banking to publishing when he co-founded ESSENCE magazine and eventually became the Publisher, CEO and Chairman of ESSENCE Communications Inc. ESSENCE, the first lifestyle magazine to be published specifically to address the beauty and concerns of African-American women, by the mid 1990s, would become, according to Deidre Carmody of the NYTimes "the pre-eminent voice for Black women.* With a readership of 8 million, ESSENCE and Lewis are credited with changing the perception on Wall Street of the buying power of Black women. His company rapidly expanding, Ed decided to enhance his business acumen and enrolled in the Small Business Management Program at Harvard University.

The Festival, heralded as one of the largest cultural events in the country, draws 500,000 attendees annually and generates millions of dollars to the city of New Orleans and the state of Louisiana. Alonzo Mourning

Alonzo Harding Mourning Jr. (born February 8, 1970) is an American former professional basketball player who has served as vice president of player programs and development for the Miami Heat since June 2009. Mourning played most of his 15-year National Basketball Association (NBA) career for the Heat.

Nicknamed "Zo", Mourning played the center position. Following his college basketball career at Georgetown University, his tenacity on defense twice earned him the NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award and twice placed him on the NBA All-Defensive Team. Mourning made a comeback after undergoing a kidney transplant and later won the 2006 NBA championship with the Heat. Mourning also played for the Charlotte Hornets and New Jersey Nets.

On March 30, 2009, Mourning became the first Miami Heat player to have his number retired. In 2010, Mourning was inducted into the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame. In August 2014, Mourning was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, and in August 2019 he was inducted into the FIBA Hall of Fame.

Ahmad Rashad

Ahmad Rashad (born Robert Earl Moore; November 19, 1949) is an American sportscaster and former professional football wide receiver. He was the fourth overall selection of the 1972 NFL Draft, taken by the St. Louis Cardinals. He was known as Bobby Moore before changing his name in 1973.

Recruited after high school as a wide receiver by the University of Oregon, he played for the Oregon Webfoots. He moved to the running back position and was named to the 1971 College Football All-America Team at that position.

He became professional after being drafted by the Cardinals. Rashad returned to playing as wide receiver, and played for the Cardinals for two seasons. After being traded to the Buffalo Bills in 1974, and sitting out the 1975 season with a knee injury, he signed with the Seattle Seahawks before the 1976 season. They traded him shortly thereafter to the Minnesota Vikings (1976–1982), where he earned four Pro Bowl selections from 1978 to 1981.

Following his retirement from football, Rashad transitioned to television. He worked as a studio analyst, game reporter, and anchor for several sports. Rashad was a panellist on the NFL Live pregame show for NBC, and also notably hosted the National Basketball Association weekly digest shows NBA Inside Stuff (1990–2004) and NBA Access with Ahmad Rashad (2005–2011). He has appeared as a fictionalized version of himself as a television sports personality in several films and television shows. In addition, he has hosted several non-sports related game shows and reality television shows. As of 2021, he was a member of the digital content team for the New York Knicks, filming videos for their YouTube channel as well as emceeing events for the team in Madison Square Garden.

Randy Russell

Garrett Temple

Chris Tucker

Chris Tucker is an internationally recognized, award-winning actor, producer and comedian. He is best known for his role of Detective James Carter in the blockbuster Rush Hour action-comedy film franchise, starring opposite Jackie Chan under the direction of Brett Ratner. He currently can be seen on the big screen staring in Air, directed by Ben Affleck.

Tucker’s career began in the early 1990s when he became a favorite on Russell Simmons’ HBO Def Comedy Jam. He then rose to prominence with his first starring role, in the 1995 cult classic Friday, alongside Ice Cube. Prior to Utendahl Creative, Madison has been on the founding teams of cultural phenomenons Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, Refinery 29's 29Rooms and Museum of Ice Cream.

Bobby is an Operation Partner and a Founding Partner of FUSE. At FUSE, Bobby focuses on early-stage investments in intelligent software as well as building a winning, innovative culture. He was heavily involved in evaluating and winning FUSE’s first two deals in highly competitive processes. He has also been critical to the FUSE portfolio with events and team building. Bobby has been an active angel investor since 2013, and has invested companies such as Denali Therapeutics (NASDAQ DNLI), Tonal, Theragun, BodyArmor,among others. Bobby also has venture experience working closely with Andressen Horowitz and Ignition Partners prior to joining FUSE. Additionally, Bobby has been recognized by Forbes as a 30 under 30inductee for his remarkable on the field accomplishments, as well as famously self-negotiating his Seahawk contract making him a record setting, highest paid linebacker in the National Football League.

Bobby holds a BS in Business from Utah State University and was drafted in the 2nd round by the Seattle Seahawks upon graduation.Since joining the Hawks, Bobby had been a captain and leader for the Seahawks for nearly a decade, including leading the team to the 2014 Super Bowl Championship victory and also elected to the Pro Bowl six times. Bobby has also been nominated for Walter Peyton Man of the Year which acknowledges his off the field positive impact on the community.

Jacob Walthour

Jacob Walthour, Jr. is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Blueprint Capital Advisors.

Jacob has over 32 years of experience in capital markets, traditional and alternative asset management. He is active on corporate and non-profit boards of directors and dedicated to philanthropy in the areas of healthcare, youth services and education.

In 2015, Jacob co-founded Blueprint Capital Advisors which became one of the fastest growing Black-owned asset management firms in the nation and today oversees in excess of $1.6 billion on behalf of wealthy individuals and institutional investors. The firm was founded on the premise of “We are different – we care about profits and people.” He oversees the business and investment activities of the firm and is responsible for strategy, business development and execution of the firm’s business plans.

Prior to founding Blueprint, he served as Vice Chairman of Product and Business Development in the investment management division of Cowen & Company. He was responsible for developing the firm’s seeding and acceleration effort for emerging alternative investment organizations. He served on the firm’s management committee.

Jacob was a Partner and Managing Director at Citadel Investment Group where he managed the firm’s North American distribution effort. Before Citadel, he was Head of Advisory Services at Aksia LLC, where he oversaw business development, client consulting and portfolio management for the firm’s discretionary accounts. In addition, Jacob has held senior roles at Moore Capital Management and Morgan Stanley. Prior to rejoining the private sector, he served as Executive Assistant to the Comptroller and sole fiduciary of the then $56 billion New York State Common Retirement Fund. He was involved in the due diligence process for banks, brokerage firms, consultants, traditional and alternative investment firms and started the emerging manager program. Jacob started his career at Lehman Brother.

Kevin Warren

A spirited agent of change, Big Ten Conference Commissioner Kevin F. Warren is dedicated to enriching collegiate athletics and creating more cohesive, dynamic, and inclusive communities. Kevin is the first African-American Commissioner of an Autonomous 5 (Power Five) conference in the history of college athletics. Watkins served as a top aide to United States Senator Dan Quayle in the early 1980s before joining University of Pennsylvania President Sheldon Hackney’s staff as an assistant to the president. Forest Whitaker

Forest Whitaker is the founder and CEO of the Whitaker Peace & Development Initiative (WPDI), through which he provides skills and opportunities to youths and women in regions affected by violence and armed conflict in Mexico, South Africa, South Sudan, Uganda, the United States as well as Cameroon, Chad and Gabon. Forest Whitaker is also co-founder and chair of the International Institute for Peace, UNESCO Special Envoy for Peace and Reconciliation, and a member of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Advocacy Group. For his dedication to cultivating children and youths' artistic talents he had been a member of President Obama's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities, working closely with elementary schools to demon-strate the limitless power of the arts to unlock the creative potential of pupils and students.

Mark Wilkins

Mark Wilkins joined UBS Private Wealth Management in 2015, following 21 years at Merrill Lynch. Prior to becoming a Private Wealth Advisor, he served as an officer in the United States Army. Mark is very active in several educational and military causes. Mark currently serves on the board of New Leaders, a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to develop transformational, equity-minded school leaders and advance policies and practices that ensure high academic achievement for all children— especially students of color and students from communities with lower incomes. Christopher Williams

David Winfield

During and after his career in professional baseball, he owned multiple quick service food franchises, worked in television as an on-air analyst for ESPN and FOX Sports, in radio as host to his own sports morning drive time program, in print with his own newspaper column, became a NY Times Best Selling author with five books to his credit, and then became a corporate advocate and speaker. He established Winfield & Winfield, Ltd., a personal services corporation, and for the past 20+ years provides business development, consulting and advocacy for corporate, sports, legal education and government entities.

He created and headed the Winfield Foundation for 22-years, becoming the first of its kind in professional sports. The Winfield Foundation provided health and education services to youth and communities nationwide. Independently and in partnerships, the Foundation designed, executed and participated in successful health and education programs for national campaigns with sports entities, charitable organizations, corporate, government and medical institutions.

Christopher Womack

Chris Womack is the president and CEO-elect of Southern Company, one of the nation’s leading energy providers serving 9 million customers nationwide. Prior to his current role, since 2021 he served as chairman, president and CEO of Georgia Power, leading Southern Company’s largest subsidiary.

He assumed leadership of Georgia Power after serving as executive vice president and president of external affairs for Southern Company. A native of Greenville, Alabama, Womack joined Southern Company in 1988 and has held several leadership positions within Southern Company and its subsidiaries. He has served as executive vice president of external affairs at Georgia Power and senior vice president and senior production officer of Southern Company Generation, where he was responsible for coal, gas, and hydro generation for Georgia Power and Savannah Electric. Womack also served as senior vice president of human resources and chief people officer at Southern Company, as well as senior vice president of public relations and corporate services at Alabama Power.

Prior to joining Southern Company, Womack worked on Capitol Hill for the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington DC. He served as a legislative aide for former Congressman Leon E. Panetta and as staff director for the Subcommittee on Personnel and Police for the Committee on House Administration.

Womack is co-chair of the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) Customer Solutions Policy Committee and a member of the board of directors of Invesco Ltd. and the Georgia Ports Authority. He is past chair of the board of the East Lake Foundation and is on the national board of The First Tee. Womack has chaired the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau board and the Atlanta Sports Council. He has received numerous honors, awards and recognitions.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree from The American University and completed the Stanford Executive Program in 2001.

Nate Yohannes

Nate Yohannes, currently the Head of AI Product Management for Creators at Instagram, has a rich background in AI product management and strategy. Previously, he was a Group Product Manager at Meta, working on the commercialization of Large Language Models (LLMs) for a user base exceeding 4 billion daily active users.

Before joining Meta, Mr. Yohannes held key roles at Microsoft, including Director of Product & Strategy in the Office of the CTO and AI Director of Corporate Business Development. He played a pivotal role in commercializing AI, IoT, and the Intelligent Cloud.

A Dean's Fellow graduate from the University at Buffalo School of Law, Mr. Yohannes earned several accolades for his contributions. Post law school, he served as the Associate General Counsel at the Money Management Institute during the regulatory overhaul of the Dodd-Frank Act.

Appointed by President Obama, Mr. Yohannes served as the Senior Advisor to the Chief Investment and Innovation Officer at the U.S. Small Business Administration and as a White House Economic Leaders fellow.

Currently, he is pursuing an executive Master of Science at Brown University in Technology Leadership as a Dean's Technology Innovation Scholar. Mr. Yohannes is an active angel investor and sits on the Board of Directors for Cognovi AI Labs.

Chris Young

Christopher Young is executive vice president of business development, strategy and ventures at Microsoft. He is responsible for driving growth across the company by establishing strategic partnerships, setting corporate strategy and identifying high impact investments through Microsoft’s corporate venture arm.

Young is the former CEO of McAfee, LLC (2014-2020). In 2017 he led the initiative to spin McAfee out of Intel to become a standalone company. Under his leadership, McAfee grew to protect mission-critical systems and data for more than two-thirds of the Global 2000 and more than 500 million consumers.

Earlier in his career, Young led cybersecurity efforts at Cisco, RSA and AOL. He also led end user computing at VMware and cofounded the company Cyveillance.

Young currently serves on the board of directors for American Express and as a member of the Cybersecurity Advisory Committee for the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. He was formerly a board member of Snap Inc., cybersecurity data analytics firm Rapid7 and the Cyber Threat Alliance, and has served on the board of trustees of Princeton University.

Young holds an A.B. degree cum laude from Princeton University, and an M.B.A. degree with distinction from the Harvard Business School. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two daughters.
