BEAUMONT DAY
The Beaumont community was truly inspired by the gifts and talents of St. Angela Merici as we came together to celebrate her Feast Day and continue the tradition of Beaumont Day. Our students began the day with a delicious coffee and cocoa bar and went on to create art, enjoy a magic show, square off in Family Feud all while enjoying fun carnival treats. FAME organized a spectacular talent show that showcased the amazing gifts of our students to end this special day.
With over 600 donors, this year’s Beaumont Day of Giving set a new record by raising more than $126,000 which supports both Beaumont’s Annual Fund and the Merici Scholarship Challenge. Of this total, $40,000 was raised through matches from The Ursuline Sisters of Cleveland, Ray and Eleanor Smiley Family, and in honor of Anne Duffy Bendann ’65. With contributions from faculty, staff, board of directors, students, alumnae and friends of Beaumont, the community came together to support our mission to educate women for life, leadership, and service. Thank you!
