As a student at the only all-girls’ school in Northeast Ohio to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, you will become a global-minded citizen prepared to solve the critical problems we face in the world. The International Baccalaureate Programme is built around The Core: Theory of Knowledge (TOK) is an interdisciplinary course designed to help you question and understand how you know what you know. Creativity-Activity-Service (CAS) is the experiential learning component of IB. You will complete a wide variety of extracurricular, community service and athletic options. The Extended Essay (EE) introduces you to the demands and the rewards of independent work. Emphasis is placed on doing university-level research and communicating your ideas effectively in an essay in an area of personal interest to you. With an IB diploma you’ll be twice as likely to get accepted into the most competitive colleges and universities in the world, and you’ll receive more scholarship dollars.
