City of Arcadia Notices CITY OF ARCADIA NOTICE INVITING BIDS The City of Arcadia (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the Tree Maintenance Services. The Project, which involves tree maintenance services, for the City of Arcadia’s Urban Forest, applies to trimming, planting, removal, stump grinding, clean up, and any other application as indicated by the City’s Bid and Contract Documents.
