CITY OF ARCADIA NOTICE INVITING BIDS The City of Arcadia (Owner) will receive sealed bids for the City Hall Interior Renovation Project. The Project, which involves abatement of all hazardous materials in flooring and subflooring, installation of new carpet and tile, installation of wall coverings and baseboards, wall preparation and painting, installation of new doors, hardware and doorways, and miscellaneous removals and wall construction, must be completed within 120 calendar days, as provided in the Bid and Contract Documents.
