Expected outlook for the division in 2022
The division’s market position and product structure are well-positioned to achieve the goals set for both growth and profitability. To further strengthen profitability, it is important that work on cost rationalisation and cost compensation from the division’s customers is further intensified.

During the year, the division’s companies were successful in adapting their operations to the rapid changes that have taken place in the world around them. The current uncertainty regarding issues such as expectations of inflation and the availability of raw materials will continue to present challenges going forward. Nevertheless, the division expects to be able to grow in financial year 2022.
The Be-Ge Seating Division’s strategy plan and the activity plans drawn up are well known within each organisation. The focus is on acquiring new market shares in specific segments and achieving general growth and a continued positive development in profitability.
The product-owning Be-Ge Seating companies will continue to allocate significant resources for product development and product maintenance, and to capitalise investments in production tools and equipment.
The “Seats for life” marketing campaign is intended to make Be-Ge better known, define what sets us apart from others and position Be-Ge where our customers expect us to be. The BE-GE brand is there for those customers who understand and value the difference.
The Nordic region and the rest of Europe (EU/EEA/EFT) and the UK continue to be the Be-Ge Seating Division’s home market.
