With an experienced team of Wellness Choreographers,The Spa at Grand Jersey are pleased to be able to offer a holistic experience that is designed to renew both body and mind.
Our goal is to not only deliver food for your soul with our holistic treatments but to encourage positive living with exercise and nutrition.That is why our regularly changing spa cuisine menu is created with this in mind. Locally sourced ingredients of the best quality are prepared by our Executive Head Chef, with a conscious mind on balanced nutrition and super foods to boost the body and give you energy.

Of course with people suffering more and more from food intolerances, we are happy to work around you. Should you wish for anything to be added or taken away from a dish we will be more that happy to arrange this.
Our unique Optimal Living program provides expert guidance from dedicated Wellness Choreographers to assist you in achieving your health and fitness goals. Your customised program will include strength and cardio training in addition to spa and nutritional recommendations.
All of our Blissful Collections include a two-course spa cuisine lunch but if you are staying only a short while you are welcome to stay for lunch or dinner too.You will be able to choose from our delicious nutritious menu to add to your experience. Simply ask our coordinator for a copy of the menu and we’ll have your meal ready when you finish your visit to The Spa at Grand Jersey.
Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation Time: 1 hour A complete overall evaluation of your physical condition. This fitness evaluation includes: body fat calculation, blood pressure, resting heart rate, functional flexibility, grip strength, lung function and aVo2 Max test. This is just the beginning of the next chapter of your life’s adventure. Personal Training Time: 30 minutes or 1 hour Train with one of The Spa at Grand Jersey’s Fitness Professionals. Whether your goal is to slim down or bulk up, our Certified Personal Trainers will give you a custom-designed workout you can follow or take home.

The Ancient people of the world lived in harmony with nature for thousands of years. We invite you to enjoy the powers of water, an important life force according to healers and medicine people of the past. The progressive steps taken in the Balancing Waters Ritual are designed to be relaxing, yet stimulating to the circulatory and central nervous system. The therapeutic balance of water includes the alternating use of hot and cool water treatments as well as steam baths and dry inhalation. Experience an uplifting increase in circulation, detoxification, release of muscle tension and the tranquillising effect of relaxation and balance as you participate in the experience. Allow 40 to 50 minutes before your spa experience to enjoy the Balancing Waters Ritual.
Your guide to The Balancing Waters Ritual Step 1 - Steam Room 5 to 10 minutes The Steam Room enhances circulation, encourages relaxation and removes toxins via perspiration. Step 2 - Caribbean Rain 1 to 2 minutes The cool experience shower brings the body temperature back down and further increases circulation and vigour. Step 3 - Sauna 5 to 10 minutes The Sauna reduces muscle tension, assists relaxation, relieves respiratory congestion and soothes the nervous system. Step 4 - Mist 1 to 2 minutes The cool Mist shower brings the body temperature back down and further increases circulation and vigour. Step 5 - Spa pool 5 to 10 minutes The Spa pool circulation of waters is restorative, relaxing, and elevates circulation while soothing the nervous system. Step 6 - Relaxation Room 10 minutes or longer A relaxing environment to nurture the body as you drift off in your private respite to wait for your spa therapist to greet you. The shedding of stresses and the increase of circulation allows you to better receive the benefits of your spa treatments. *Please be mindful of the high heat treatment contraindications posted at the steam room, sauna and Spa pool.

Appointment Scheduling To assure the widest selection of therapies and times, we highly recommend that you schedule all spa and personal training appointments a minimum of two weeks in advance for weekday booking and two to four weeks in advance for weekend bookings. Uncertain of what your treatment should entail? Our knowledgeable Spa professionals are ready to choreograph an experience that is not only enjoyable but purposeful. Please let our team know if you have any special requirements or considerations, such as if you are pregnant or a new mother as well as if you are currently taking medication. We recommend you do not consume a large meal before your spa experience. The consumption of alcohol before or immediately after your visit will have no positive benefit and may make you feel ill. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence. Spa-goers must be at least 16 years old to enjoy our spa experiences, and guests using Spa facilities must be 16 years or over, unless accompanied by an adult who must supervise them at all times. Spa guests who are not staying at Grand Jersey must purchase a minimum of a 50 minute therapy to enjoy our facilities to avoid our £15 day admission fee. All bookings are subject to availability and must be secured with a credit card. For all Blissful Collections bookings we require a 50% deposit upon booking and will be deducted from the final bill.

Parties of over 6 constitute an indulgent gathering and are booked via a contract which we will issue to you. Appointment Cancellation We understand circumstances may arise that are unavoidable and cancelling your appointment may be necessary. If you cannot keep your appointment we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule single appointments. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge; less than 12 hours notice will result in the full charge of the treatment price. For the cancellation of Day Spa Experiences we require 48 hours notice; and for the change or cancellation of Indulgent Gatherings groups we require 72 hours notice, as contracted. Worldly Possessions For the duration of your visit to the spa, you will receive the complimentary use of one of our ultra soft robes, spa slippers and a locker. Within our changing areas we also provide shower and vanity products for your convenience. Please do not bring valuables to the spa as we cannot take responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items.

What to do To begin your experience with a moment of solitude, we suggest you arrive one hour before the scheduled time of your treatment. We will familiarise you with your surroundings and introduce you to our Balancing Waters Ritual. This will fully prepare you for the truly bespoke experience you will receive. Should you be unfortunately delayed in your arrival, you will only receive the balance of your treatment time so as not to inconvenience other guests. Treatments will be charged at full cost. Our environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. We therefore ask you to respect all spa goers rights to serenity and privacy and turn off all mobile phones and mobile devices while in The Spa. Spa Attire Because our therapists are trained in appropriate draping techniques, your privacy will be regarded at all times during your spa experience. You are invited to dress to your personal comfort level. Some treatments will require you to wear disposable underwear and you will be advised of this on arrival.You will be issued with an ultra soft robe and slippers on arrival and to avoid unnecessary charges to your guest room, we advise that these are returned on departure from The Spa. Should you wish to reap the benefits of our delightful facilities or enhance your experience by following the Balancing Waters Ritual, please bring a bathing suit as well as gym attire for our Fitness Suite.

Following your treatment you are invited to sample the joys of the delightful Relaxation Lounge where you can continue your multi-sensory experience and reflection with drinks and nibbles. As this area is for the ultimate in tranquillity we ask you to respect all other spa goers right to serenity whilst in the lounge.
The lingering lushness of your newly pampered skin or the stress-free suppleness of your relaxed muscles is easy to prolong when you leave if you visit our lifestyle boutique at our reception. We can supply you with all you need for the continuation of your renewed vigour. Give the gift of Spa Fully personalised gift vouchers are available for all of our Blissful Collections and Spa Experiences. Should you not be able to decide on a selection we can leave the choice open by putting an amount. Gift Vouchers are available in person, via email and by phone. We are happy to send them out to you or the lucky recipient directly. If you are looking for a boxed gift why not visit our Spa Boutique where we stock a wide range of luxury ESPA gifts ready boxed and wrapped. Fond Farewell You can pay for your treatments and boutique item with most forms of credit and debit cards as well as charging treatments to your guest room. Gratuities Our greatest reward is your personal recommendation. Gratuities are therefore left to your discretion.
