unique cellar, one-of-a-kind in everything. From the name to the facility. The last in chronological order to open its doors in the area. The structure features two huge masonry bottle holders. The story is that of a businesswoman who decided to return to enjoy wine and now produces Barolo, Barbera, Nebbiolo, and Dolcetto. To the classic productions she combines dynamic red and white wines that reflect, in the shapes of the bottles and in the flavours, the creativity of the winery. Una cantina unica, singolare in tutto. Dal nome, alla struttura. L’ultima in ordine di tempo ad aprire le porte in zona. La struttura è composta da due enormi cassette portabottiglie in muratura. La storia è di un’imprenditrice astemia pentita che oggi produce Barolo, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto. Alle classiche produzioni associa dei vini dinamici rossi e bianchi che traducono, nelle forme delle bottiglie e nei sapori, l’estro della cantina. Une cave singulière, unique en son genre. De nom, et de fait. La dernière à avoir ouvert ses portes dans ce coin d’Italie. La structure est formée de deux énormes caisses porte-bouteilles en briques. C’est l’histoire d’une repentance, celle de Sandra Vezza, Chef d’entreprise qui ne buvait pas d’alcool et qui, aujourd’hui, produit avec passion Barolo, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto. Associés à la production de ces classiques, des vins rouges et vins blancs dynamiques qui expriment l’esprit de cette cave.
