BC3 reserves the right to cancel classes if enrollment does not meet appropriate levels and change the schedule as necessary.

Instruction is delivered only online and is accessible at any time.
Hybrid
Instruction is delivered online and includes at least four in-person or ITV live-remote classes on scheduled days and times.
Instruction is delivered through video- and/or web-conferencing technology on scheduled days and times.
Instruction is delivered simultaneously to separate BC3 locations through video- and/or webconferencing technology on scheduled days and times.
Note: BC3 offers multiple instructional formats to allow students as much choice as possible. BC3 has attempted to provide variety, however not all courses are available in all formats.

• If you plan to enroll in the fall 2024 semester, you can file the 2024-2025 FAFSA using 2022 tax returns and W-2.
The BC3 Education Foundation awarded more than $225,000 last year in scholarships to BC3 students. Complete one application to be considered for over 155 scholarships for the 2024-2025 academic year at bc3.edu/scholarships. The application opens April 15 and closes July 1
You can purchase or rent your textbooks at the BC3 Bookstore on main campus during business hours or online at bookstore.bc3.edu
You can purchase textbooks for fall 2024 beginning Monday, August 12.
Are you eligible for financial aid? You can take advantage of the BC3 Book Allowance program and use a portion of your financial aid refund early to buy textbooks between August 12 and September 13 for the fall semester. The cost of your textbooks will be deducted from your upcoming financial aid refund. The balance of your refund will be available beginning the week of September 23. Visit bc3.edu/myBC3 and login to your MyBC3 account to complete one or more of the following before the payment deadline:
• Pay tuition and fees in full. In your MyBC3 account, select Make Payment on the Tuition, Fees & Payment card.
• Secure financial aid to cover tuition and fees in full. In your MyBC3 account, select View My Financial Aid Info on the Financial Aid card to view your status and awards or access applications such as the FAFSA.
• Enroll in the EZ-Pay Payment Plan. In your MyBC3 account, select EZ-Pay Payment Plan on the Tuition, Fees & Payment card to enroll.
BC3’s EZ-Pay Payment Plan gives students convenient and manageable payment options. Students must be registered for classes to enroll in a plan.
Payment plan enrollment requires a checking account or credit card and must be completed online. Payments automatically deducted from checking or credit card.

The MyBC3 Technology Orientation is required for all students enrolled in online, hybrid or ITV liveremote courses and is highly recommended for those taking in-person and ITV classroom courses.
This self-paced, online orientation introduces you to the technology used to deliver instruction online and to support resources.
After enrolling in a credit course, you will see the MyBC3 Technology Orientation appear in the “My Courses” area in Blackboard. Please be sure to complete the orientation before the first day of class.

BC3’s EZ-Refund Program offers a way to receive tuition and/or financial aid refunds by direct deposit into your checking or savings account – or the credit or debit card you used for payment.
Program enrollment requires a banking account and must be completed online. You can even set up email and/or text alerts to receive notifications that money has been deposited in your account!
