This is your business onboarding training that can be found in your brand partner portal (virtual office). You will also receive a physical copy in your business essentials kit. This will be your official self-paced training for your first 90 days in this business. Please reach out to your enroller/upline to schedule a kick-off zoom call so they can answer any questions you may have, review the business basics, and explore the brand partner portal with you to ensure you are comfortable navigating through the available resources. It is highly encouraged to reach out to a friend you could see rocking this business and build alongside each other. You can also find an accountability partner in Ripple Builders, our exclusive business Facebook group.

Create your monthly Subscribe to Save order template --> when your order arrives, unbox your order on social media and share what you got and WHY. In this business, you don't have to cold call or pester your friends to buy. All you need to do is show and share your excitement for these incredible products. That way it's a softer and more respectful sell, that feels more genuine and less "salesy" and weird. Therefore, it is crucial that you are enrolled in S2S in order to become a product of the product. You are not required to order anything except your own personal products. How cool is that? Here's what we suggest: 1. Write down any wellness pain points you are having 2. Find the YL products you would like to try. Feel free to reach out to your enroller for suggestions, check the reference guide app, or ask in our Facebook group, Drops to Ripples. 3. Set up your template for the next 90 days with the products you'd like to try.

EARN POINTS STARTING AT 50PV + FREE SHIPPING AT 100PV AND FREE GIFTS WITH PURCHASE AT 190PV How do I qualify for loyalty rewards?
You earn reward points that can be redeemed for product purchases on every subscribe to save order as long as your order is at least 50PV (point value) each month. Plus, as your number of consecutive months increases, so does the amount of reward points you earn. 1. Set up a monthly subscribe to save order of 50PV or more. 2. Earn reward points with each subscription box over 50PV. 3. Redeem reward points on future product purchases. As a Brand Partner, your CV (customer volume) has to be 100PV or greater each month in order to be eligible to receive commissions.

The biggest tip I can share with you for growing your Young Living business is to BE YOU. UNAPOLOGETICALLY YOU. You don't need to be an aromatherapist or an essential oil expert or 100% crunchy status to be successful. All you need to do is have the fire to grow a life-changing business, use the products (very important) and share as yourself. No one likes that annoying MLM girl that bugs her friends. It's now about giving instead of asking and sharing with others to build trust -- it's seriously so much fun! This is an entirely new way of selling that builds genuine friendships and followers.
