I do a lot of research to figure out what the best option is for all my patients. I don’t offer it if I don’t believe in it. There’s a lot of things that trend. NEWER ISN’T ALWAYS BETTER
I was the first one in Baton Rouge to offer micro-needling, and I was the first one to have HydraFacial. Both of those products are backed by good evidence. IPL, which is intense pulse light – you get a lot of bang for your buck with that. Some amazing treatments are never going to go away because they are backed by science and technology. People push them to the side because they think newer is better. That’s not always the case.

Our roots go back over 28 years, when Dr. Chad Lacour acquired the original practice and later moved it to its current location in 2006. Dr. Lewis joined in 2016, and in 2023, Dr. Bourgeois joined as a partner. We renamed the practice RedStick Dentistry to reflect our collaborative, team-based approach rather than a single-doctor practice.
