What We Offer

We offer a unique variety of small group ftness classes and wellness services all under one roof. Our classes include reformer Pilates, heated Pilates, strength classes, yoga & HIIT classes. We also provide private training and individualized wellness and nutrition coaching.

Our Expertise

Evolve takes an individual approach to ftness and wellness. Owners Tayler Landry and Rachel Crockett created their multi-dimensional studio based on this mindset. Evolve Studio is a total lifestyle experience. We are constantly innovating our workouts to bring the best and most effective ftness methods to our clients.

Our tip is to be patient with yourself … consistency is key. We want our clients to step outside of their comfort zones, try new classes and evolve into their best selves. We help them achieve that through our well-rounded classes which combine multiple ftness methods and our wellness component of health.
