With more than 25 years of professional experience, Scott Chenevert is a partner in the business section of Fishman Haygood. His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, energy-asa-service, corporate governance and finance, and securities. He has represented both private and public companies across various industries, including real estate development, energy and oil field services, technology, and professional services. He also serves as outside general counsel for privately held and family companies.

For most of her career, Jill Craft has practiced law on her own terms, dedicating herself to representing those whose voices often go unheard. She is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, all federal district courts within Louisiana, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is also a contributor to Louisiana Environmental Compliance, a publication that annually covers environmental compliance issues across the state.
