Surprise “Stay”cation Congratulations to Tarry Logsdon, our YP Committee Chair, on her engagement to fiancé Andy Johnson. Just before Christmas, the couple got engaged at the Grand Hotel during a surprise "stay"cation planned by the soonto-be groom. "Andy planned the whole night so that every spot was a surprise and the proposal obviously was too!"

Bartus (Dan – Bar Homes) passed away at age 67 on October 29, 2012. Bartus spent most of his life in the Minneapolis area as a realtor and custom home builder with Dan – Bar Homes until moving to Arizona in 2009.
Remembering a Long Time Member Teodor (Ted) Dahle sadly passed away on October 7, 2012 at the age of 76 years. Ted immigrated from Norway and co-founded Dahle Bros., Inc. with his brother Tory Dahle. Together they built many well-crafted homes in the south and west suburbs. He was a well respected businessman and high quality carpenter. Ted’s sonin-law, Chuck Ryan, and Tory’s son-in-law, Bob Kissell, continue to own and operate Dahle Bros., Inc. today.
Robert “Buddy” Brin was surrounded by his family when he passed away peacefully on November 10th at the age of 88. Buddy was a member of BATC from 1987 to 2001 with Martin Homes and Homes You Finish.
In Remembrance David Brierton, founding partner at Dominium Development & Acquisition, LLC, passed away on September 27th at the age of 70. Since founding his company in 1972, Dominium expanded significantly under Brierton’s leadership. Today, Dominium is the largest multifamily apartment owner in the state and the eighth largest affordable housing owner in the nation.

Most recently, she was known for being a loyal & admired friend to countless people and a home-design & selection-advice expert to hundreds of respecting new-best friends made through the Stonewood family of clients & coworkers.
