We would like to celebrate with you at Planet Xancara (PX) - a mystical place, nestled in the mountains of the West Coast of Southern Africa. It overlooks one of the oldest heritage sites on earth, where some of the earliest evidence of human art and ceremony sites were found, dating as far as back 160 000 years.

Friday the 5th
We arrive from around 2pm at Planet Xancara with arrival drinks and an introduction to the PX experience. After settling in, we gather on the rocks near the main camp for sundowners, live music and an Opening ceremony. Dinner under the stars from 7.30pm and party into the night. Theme: SAFARI SAGA
Saturday the 6th
The day begins with a guided Heritage Hike from 8am to 9:30 am, connecting with the natural surroundings and exploring the history of the land. Breakfast from 10am. From 12:00 pm to 15:30 pm Pool + Garden Party set up with Lunch around 1.30pm. From around 5pm we'll go to an amazing sunset spot for sundowners. From there the party continues at a nearby rock ampitheatre into the night. Theme: DISCO DAZZLE
Sunday the 7th Rest day with Pool chill out, live music, good food and massage sessions available throughout the day. We stay over night and leave Monday morning.
Costs & Logistics
The cost for the 3 nights (incl. food, drinks etc) is €350 per person. We will provide for Nannies in case you want to bring your kids. If you are traveling from abroad, we welcome you to stay in Noordhoek (where we live) before the birthday weekend - perhaps even for New Years! - get in touch and we will point you to great accommodation options.
