Since 2007, BaseN provides T-Mobile with the platform for performance monitoring of modern SD (softwaredefined) networks, including data services and customer care levels. T-Mobile’s engineers as well as their customers monitor the network in real time on BaseN Platform, through easily understandable, transparent graphs.

Distributed Site Management

Internally, we use a lightweight iterative model for software development, with incremental upgrades of the platform guaranteeing that the customer is always working with the latest software. For customer cases, we adapt to whatever model the customer is familiar with. We can operate either as an independent team or collaborate with the customer's own team. Project management can be supplied by either team. Our development team is also happy to help with the planning and architecture-building phases, having done that with many customers and problem domains.

For the deployment of infrastructure, we will utilize the traditional project management approach, consisting of initiation, planning/design, execution, and construction, monitoring/controlling, and completion phases.
