Tea Room – Cecilia Cappellini, Luke Duncan, Clement Lefebure, Julie Motouzka, Muse Praditbatuga Fig. MEng.11 Inspired by traditional Japanese tea rooms, the Tea Room is a lightweight pavilion made from interlocking beech tiles held in place by tension and friction, tessellating to form a stable structure that adapts as a wind-screen to form a shelter to enjoy the best environment for drinking tea.
