Helping to improve overall LC health and performance

Helping to regain Full Member Status by Local Committees with Member In Alert Status

- Review of the Existence Criteria of LCs during the term - Gathering the repair plans from Members In Alert I and II - Identifying improvements for LCs to meet membership criteria - Providing support by creating recommendations


FINANCE SUBCOMMITTEE Building understanding among National Plenary of Member Committee’s finance importance role

Improve effectiveness of Financial Director’s decisions by receiving more external feedbacks

Assuring trust towards transparency of Member Committee’s finance

Controlling if Member Committee is accountable financially Gathering knowledge about financial operations of Member Committee Controlling the high-risk FD’s decisions concerning Entity’s future Preparing opinions about Member Committee budget’s realization


AUDIT SUBCOMMITTEE Supporting financial and audit processes in Association

Maximizing the effectiveness of financial education by transferring knowledge to AIESEC members

Improving the accountability of LCs that host conferences

- Supporting LCs and Finance Director in audit processes

- Controlling if Local Committees are fulfilling their reporting duties towards Compendium - Informing national plenary about financial actions done by Local Committees - Working together with Finance Director to improve financial knowledge in Local Committees


CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS - VIRTUAL WORK (E-MAIL, SKYPE MEETINGS) AROUND 2-3 HOURS /WEEK - OPPORTUNITY TO GET DEEP KNOW-HOW OF ORGANIZATION AND TO PARTICIPATE IN MAKING AIESEC BIG, HEALTHY , RESPONSIBLE AND STABLE ORGANISATION - PLACE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH SKILLS, AS: STRATEGIC THINKING, PROBLEMS DEFINING AND SOLVING, - TEAM MANAGEMENT (FOR CHAIRS)

GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND IMPORTANT RULES EACH CANDIDATE CAN APPLY TO AS MANY SUBCOMMITTEES AS IT IS ALLOWED REGARDING THE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE PROFILE THE ORDER OF THE ELECTIONS IS AS FOLLOWING: FIRST MSC, THEN ASC AND FSC. DETAILED PROCEDURE WILL BE SUBMITTED BY BOC CHAIR 10 DAYS BEFORE THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AT THE GA CANDIDATES WILL BE ASKED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS FROM GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN DECEMBER/JANUARY THE VIRTUAL OR PERSONAL MEETING OF SUBCOMMITTEES MEMBERS ELEECTS WILL BE ORGANISED ALL DETAILS, NOT INCLUDED IN APPLICATION, AS WELL AS RIGHT SAND DUTIES OF EACH OF SUBCOMMITTEE ARE AVAILABLE IN ANNEX NO.5 TO COMPENDIUM OF AIESEC IN POLAND IN CASE OF ANY QUESTIONS, ASK CURRENT SUBCOMMITTEES MEMBERS, BOARD OF CONTROL CHAIR, FINANCE DIRECTOR OR MCVP LCD
