DAMAGED GOODS
it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct goods have been received against the items ordered upon delivery. any incorrect items should be returned with the driver or you should notify the sales office within 48 hours. where possible the customer should endeavour to ensure the correct goods have been received prior to installation. once installed or unpackaged the goods cannot be returned as incorrect items.
when placing an order for a site delivery, please ensure you provide the postcode, house number, road name, town/city, county, and the customer’s phone number to facilitate a smooth delivery.
please note that a charge will apply to all site deliveries. this charge varies based on the delivery location, so kindly await an accurate quote from our customer service team, after order placement.
ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
our cut-off time for orders is now 4:00 pm, subject to available space on our delivery vehicles. any orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
whilst we strive to offer next-day deliveries from our bracknell warehouse, there may be instances where this is not possible. we kindly request your understanding on such occasions.

damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours. if goods are visibly damaged it is important to refuse the delivery. if you are unable to inspect goods upon delivery please ensure they are inspected within 48 hours and any damages are reported to us by forwarding images, the relevant sales order number and a brief description via email to: accountspayable@vr-bathrooms.co.uk
if we receive no notification by email within 2 days of delivery, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods and returns will have to be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. you will not automatically be given a free of charge replacement or a credit. every effort should be made to inspect goods upon arrival to avoid any disappointment. we will happily arrange for collection of goods received in error if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods remain in resalable condition until the goods have been collected. all goods will be inspected and we reserve the right to refuse credit for any item where we consider the packaging or product unsuitable for re-sale.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
requests for goods to be returned will be discussed on an individual basis. if agreed, there will be a restocking fee applied of a minimum of 20% of the item value. please note that items which have been opened are considered used, therefore these are non-returnable. all goods will be inspected and we reserve the right to refuse credit for any item where we consider the packaging or product unsuitable for re-sale. this does not affect your statutory rights.
BATHS, SHOWER TRAYS, FLOORING & WALL PANELLING
all such items must be thoroughly inspected at the time of delivery, as a strict no returns policy is operated.
MISSING PARTS
in the unlikely event that you unpack a product and subsequently discover that components are missing, please contact our sales office quoting the sales order number to arrange for replacement parts to be supplied.
