10 Weeks of Meal Plans
You will receive a complete eating plan and shopping list every week by email for the entire 10 weeks. The meal plans feature over 100 delicious and weight-loss supportive recipes that you and your family will love! We are now offering 3 meal plan options: - Traditional: Great tasting recipes based on meat, ﬁsh, vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds, grains and low-fat dairy products - Vegan: A lovely collection of meal plans rich in fruits, vegetables , grains and vegetarian foods. Free of meats and dairy products - Minimum cooking: For those with little time for cooking and in need of a ready meal within minutes.
Weekly Exercise Plan
You will receive weekly exercise plans that you can easily perform at home or outside, even if you have no equipment whatsoever. You can of course also work out in a gym. Workout plans are available for beginners, intermediate and advanced level. These plans are laid out in illustrated workout sheets and are also accompanied by exercise videos where correct technique is demonstrated.
During the course of your programme p you will be asked to attend 3 seminars, to teach you the steps necessary to ensure a successful end result.
