Action Plan Engage with Indiana's System of Care (SOC) to improve access to and quality of behavioral and mental health services for youth and families. Focus on SOC work in Clark, Floyd, and Crawford counties. Participate on the Prevent Child Abuse Coalition to address the SDoH related to safety and support programs.

Evaluation Plan Track for engagement with SOC strategic goals and report annually.
