Action Plan As an effective strategy to motivate behavior change while being cognizant of a person's individual experience, incorporate a Motivational Interviewing approach into all community outreach and education. When possible, offer Motivational Interviewing training to care providers to improve patient engagement and satisfaction. Offer trauma-Informed training to various community groups. Integrate TraumaInformed approach into all community outreach and education.
Evaluation Plan Track the types of outreach and education in which MI is incorporated.
