2020 was a year of immense challenge. From suppliers to
schools the COVID-19 pandemic impacted every link in the
global supply chain and at
times the delivery of even the
most basic of items seemed in doubt. Nonetheless, by careful
planning - and the unbelievable commitment of our colleagues and partners - we were able
to meet our targets for stock,
service and delivery on all but a handful of lines.
