SPEAKERS Paul Ceppi is the Vice President of Tax Credits & Financing Products at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA). Paul oversees the teams that are focused on assisting companies and developers in obtaining resources available through the Economic Recovery Act of 2020 which are used to finance their projects and create job opportunities throughout the state. He is also the NJEDA’s Board Designee for the board of the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority Redevelopment Authority.
Catherine Scangarella is the Chief Business Development Officer and sector lead for Life Sciences and Offshore Wind at Choose New Jersey, Inc., an independently funded and operated 501(c) (3) whose mission is to encourage economic growth throughout New Jersey. Ms. Scangarella has an extensive background in government having served six administrations. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Ramapo College of NJ.
Tom Talalaj is a native of Millville NJ, working in the capacity of General Manager at Northeast Precast. Passionate about Cumberland County and business operations. Tom works to create opportunities that foster growth for employees and local business. Tom holds a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering rom Drexel University, and resides within the County with his wife and three children.
Nicholas Catalana is the General Manager of Innovation Foods; a family-owned beverage manufacturer that specializes in identifying and scaling emerging brands in the US market. Today, Innovation Foods operates a juice facility in Bridgeton and later this fall, will commission a state-of-the-art aseptic processing and packaging facility in Millville. This facility will be the only one of its kind in the state of NJ and will create 60 new jobs. Mr. Catalana earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
