WHAT IS THIS COURSE ABOUT? This degree is for those interested in the mental aspects of sport and exercise and sporting performance, It will provide a scientific understanding of the human mind, brain, behaviour, and experience, and of the complex interactions between these, as applied to competitive and recreational sport and exercise. The degree provides an understanding of the physiology of exercise and an appreciation of how the mind and the body interact to influence human performance.
