MCCNEET-UGCOUNSELLINGELIGIBILITYCRITERIAFOR AIQ:

MCC announces the seat matrix for various courses. Seat matrix provides information on the number of seats available in every college. The cut-off will be high if the number of seats provided by the colleges are less. WHATDOESCHOICEFILLINGANDLOCKING OFCHOICESMEAN?

NEETCounsellingChoiceFilling:

• Choice Filling is the processwherestudentsget to choosethe collegeand courseof theirchoice.

Procedure:

• Afterthey log in, studentsneedto click on the ‘Choice Filling’ tab. The choices will be displayed on the left.

• Studentscan pick the courseand collegeby clicking on the ‘+’ button provided against each option. Their choiceswill be displayed on the right side after they click on the ‘+’ button.

• They can chooseas many choicesas theywish, alter their choicesand also arrange themin theorder they prefer.

• Afterthe selectionof courses,studentsneedto click on the ‘Save & Continue’ button to savetheir list of choices.

LockingofChoices:

• Locking of Choicesis theprocesswherethe choicessubmittedby a studentare locked .

Procedure:

• Aftercompletingthe choice submissionprocessstudentsneedto click on the ‘Lock Choice’tab on the left.

• The list of submittedchoices will be displayed on the screen.

• Studentscan cross verify theirchoices for the last timebeforethey entertheir password and click on the ‘Lock my Choices’button.

• Choicescannot be changed after they have beenlocked.

MCCNEET-UGCOUNSELLING2023ROUND

1:

MCC NEET-UG counselling 2023 registration date will bereleasedfor the online NEET counselling choice filling of Round 1. Once the registration window opens, students need to follow the steps mentionedbelow and completetheir registration with relevant documents and pay the MCC NEET-UG registration fees.The information of the documents requiredfor NEET Counselling will be known only during the registration process.Only students who havequalifiedin the NEET-UG entranceexam can registerfor the 1st Round of Counselling. Students who submit the application more than once will be debarred fromthe counselling rounds.

STEPSFORROUND1MCCNEET-UGCOUNSELLING REGISTRATION2023:

Step1:Visit the official websiteof MCC.

Step2:Searchfor Round 1 registrationlink and click on it. You will be redirectedto the registrationpage.

Step3:If not registeredbefore,click on ‘New Registration’ and fill in the basic information to generatethe login credentials,elselogin using thecredentials.

Step4:Click on the ‘Available Choices’tab provided on theleft. The available choicesas per the candidates basic information will be displayed.

Step5:Click on the ‘ChoiceFilling’ tab. Selectthecollege and course of your choice and click on ‘Save & Continue’.

(Note:You can alter and delete thechoices as per your preference)

Step6: Afteryou finalise the ‘choice submission’selectthe ‘Lock Choice’ tab on the left and click on ‘Lock My Choices’button.

(Note:OnceChoicesare locked it cannot be altered)

Step7: Take a print out of the Locked choicesfor future reference.

The MCCNEET-UG counsellingresult will be releaseda few days after the Round 1 registrationwindow is closed. Candidates needto reportto the allotted collegesand submitthe requireddocumentsonce the MCCNEET-UG 2023 allotmentlist is released.If candidates are interestedto enterNEET second Round Counselling to upgrade their seats,they can do so by reporting to the allotted college.

MCCMOP-UPROUNDNEET-UG2023:

The MCC NEET-UG CounsellingMop-Up round is conductedfor AIQ, CentralUniversities, AIIMS, JIPMER, Deemed Universities,AMU, BHU and B.Sc Nursing colleges.Candidates need to submit fresh choicesfor theMop-up round.

WhathappensintheMCCNEET-UGMop-upRound?

1. After the seat matrix is announced, studentscan start theirregistrationprocess for the Mop-Up Round when the registrationwindow is open.

2. They need to followthe same choicefillingsteps as Round 1 and lock theirseats.

3. After the registrationwindow is closedthe choicefillingof every studentwill be processed and the NEET counsellingseat allotmentresult will be announced.

4. Studentsneed to report to the allotedcollegeand submit the required documents.

MCCNEET-UGCOUNSELLINGSTRAYVACANCYROUND:

MCC NEET-UG CounsellingStray Vacancy Round1 isthe finalcounsellinground. Stray Vacancy Round is conducted for AIQ/ CentralInstitutes/University/AIIMS/ JIPMER/ B.Sc. Nursing courses. For DeemedUniversities,the stray vacancy round will be conducted by respectiveuniversities.

WhathappensintheStrayVacancyRound?

1. There won’t be any Fresh Registrationor ChoiceFillingfor the Stray Vacancy Round.

2. The choicesfilledby candidatesin the Mop-Up round will be taken intoconsideration.

3. Resultswill be announcedafter theseat allotmentof candidates are processed.

4. Candidatesneedto report to the allottedcollegeand submitthe documents. As thisis the finalround, therewon’t be MCC NEET-UG CounselingStray Vacancy Round 2. The counsellingfor seat allotmentwill be concludedafter thisround.
