02 OCTOBER 2014 Contd. from Page 1 The Sisters and a team of volunteers bathe and clean the wounds of the sick and dying homeless, who have no one to care for. They have their daily rounds in the city - and stop whenever they come across someone in the need of help and care. When informed about the whereabouts of a dying homeless, they reach the spot in their van, which is equipped with a medical kit to clean and bandage open wounds. In case of severe medical complications, they get the patient admitted in a government hospital, with the assistance of the police - and check on their recovery constantly. In Mumbai, at their Bandra Center alone, the nuns and a team of volunteers prepare food for close to 150 needy – daily! They work six days a week, except for Sundays - which are spent in prayer and reflection. At

BANDRABUZZ.COM sharp 10 am, they drive in, all prepared for the day - to serve and heal people in pain and discomfort. The Bandra Center, which is opposite Bhabha Hospital, always has Sisters present and a medical team to respond to any emergency. Everyday 10 kgs of rice and khicidi is made, along with dal and a vegetable preparation. Mother Teresa’s Roses Charitable Trust consistently finds support in the neighbouring municipal school, which provides all the surplus food they have at the day’s end. They get bread - and on a few occasions, cake and other confectionery from Taj Group and vegetables from Hypercity Super Market. Due credit also goes to the Water Department who made efforts to make the space available for the Sisters to carry on their mission. Besides Bandra, they also have similar Centres in Mahim and Santacruz. They have setup two orphanages in Goa, guiding and educat-

NGO ing children - enabling them to have a stable and independent future. Mother Teresa’s Roses are active in Mumbai, Pune and Goa. The Trust manages its operations on donations and contributions. Sister Shobha says that she witnesses miracles very often, because on quite a few occasions they have received exactly what they needed. So she considers it nothing less than an act of God’s grace. One can always volunteer or donate to this wonderful cause. STRAYS NO MORE

The sight of a starved stray is as common as the pot holes that adorn our city roads. Blame it on our busy lives, or on the sheer quantum of responsibilities that we are already expected to fulfill. The road - and the dog living on it, both fail to get our attention. However, a few rise above the situation and make all the difference, which in turn keeps it all together. In the year 2002, a young girl began feeding a dog outside her college. Today, after more than 12 years, she has adopted and cares for 250 strays in and around Bandra and Khar - and a few lucky ones in Andheri. A born and raised Bandra girl, Sonia Shelar was surrounded by animals, ever since she was a child. Her grandfather Mr. Petit had adopted 60 cats - and would personally drive down to Alibaugh once a week, to stock on their food supply; when he could not house the increasing number of cats at his Pali Mala Road residence, as a 75 year old man. Sonia’s mother Mrs. Cory Ann Shelar feeds stray cats in and around Pali Market - and about 60 dogs in Bandra and Khar. She has always been a pillar of support in Sonia’s endeavours to better the lives of strays. In spite of having a bright future as a professional lawn tennis player, she gave it up - and has dedicated her life towards animal welfare. Sonia spends 8 hours a day, half of which is spent in the kitchen to prepare the daily batch of mash, which comprises of 25kg of chicken curry bone and 8 kgs rice daily. The mash is given to the dogs on a piece old news-

Sonia Shelar has adopted and cares for 250 strays in and around Bandra and Khar paper which is then thrown in the dustbin, making sure no trash is left behind. She is out six days a week, so that all the 250 strays are cared for. The next step is to set up an N.G.O, so that there is a more planned approach with regards to operations. Sonia believes, controlling the dog population is the only solution, to the stray problem which exists in our locality. She has gotten most of the dogs she feeds sterilised and vaccinated - and looks into their rehabilitation as well. In spite of the philanthropic work, she often faces rude and arrogant people who create a racket about feeding the dogs. But as per government regulations, it is permitted to feed strays. So, she is well within her

rights to do so. The N.G.O will help overcome such situations and enhance the transparency in operations. Apart from the newspaper that she gets from friends, which is close to 5 kg’s daily, Sonia and her husband bear the expense’s, which amounts to around Rs. 50,000 per month. Sonia is often seen surrounded by dog’s waiting for food. She spends close to four hours a day to finish her daily feeding rounds. Any type of contribution in kind, time, or financial support will be appreciated by Sonia. One can contact her through email soniashelar20@hotmail.com. Sidhant Nayangara and Pic by: Nelvin John

EDITORIAL

WATERSHED YEAR Dear Reader, This October, you can see, hear and feel the rising activities in and around Bandra. S.V. Road, Hill Road, Turner Road, Linking Road, Ambedkar Road, Bandra Reclamation, Bandstand & Carter Promenades are action areas. These are hot spots for election campaign processions – with fluttering flags, floats, cars, slogan-shouting supporters…. And in focus is your – ‘neta’ with folded hands; promising you the world, but pleading for your precious vote – now! The trend of inviting supporters to Lavish Dinners, High Tea Parties, or other promotional events is now almost a daily affair, turning to a crescendo till the poll code of conduct permits. October 2014 is set to be a defining month for residents of Bandra, Khar and SantaCruz. With multiple MLA candidates in the fray, this time the winner is anybody’s guess. The burning issues faced daily by locals are rising to alarming levels. Security, Sex, Slums, Drugs, Hawkers, Encroachments, Garbage, Roads, Rickshaws, Corrupt BMC & Police, Traffic… the list is too long. Yet, we are comparatively better off than most other surburbs, in terms of amenities and ‘quality of life’. Our activists do not spare the concerned authorities. With April 2014 kicking off the ‘Winds of Change’ (MP Elections) – and October 2014 promising to be historic, with its ‘moment of truth’ (MLA election results); we Bandraites are experiencing a ‘Watershed Year’. We are in the midst of critical moments that will impact our daily lives in the near future. And, if you know the people’s pulse, we are destined for the skies. So, use your constitutional right to vote – and vote wisely. With festive fervour seen around our neighbourhood, Diwali – the festival of lights is sure to see many scenes of ‘community connect’. This will soon be followed next month by International Music Groups performing live in Bandra – and of course, our very own ‘Celebrate Bandra’ events. Local Talent will soon be showcased. Yes, this unique time slot of memorable moments is something that is very unique to Bandra; attracting thousands from surrounding areas, who come just to soak in the ambience. Bandra Buzz is leaving no stone unturned to cover local news. We are evolving at a good pace – and we would like more readers to send in their feedback, so that improvements can be made, where necessary. Your interaction as a ‘Citizen Reporter’ is what makes a local paper vibrant. Yes, you too are part of the equation to create a better Bandra. Wishing all our Hindu brethren a ‘Happy Diwali’, from the Bandra Buzz Team. Till next time, take care.

LETTERS TO THE EDITOR MLA ELECTIONS In Bandra today - we have slum proliferating, illegal hawkers, eve teasing by these people and otherwise too; and encroachments galore, as the real estate prices are astronomical. Corruption is rampant in all public offices, as the stakes are high and morals are non-existent. Crimes like chain snatching and burglaries, dacoities are frequently read about in the news. Illegal constructions, whether in gaothans or Koliwadas or Khar Danda or even Building Proposal 'sanctioned' sites, are areas where builders' terror is unleashed and the anguished cries go unheard. Harassment by landlords are in connivance with thick skinned 'crorepati' BMC Engineers. Noise pollution is increasing, with no consideration to the old, ailing and the hard working student. Mushrooming pubs and bars are sanctioned in peaceful residential areas, with no sensitivity to either the nuisance caused to the general public, nor adherence to any laws or timing regulations. This state of affairs is right under the nose of our cops, deaf city fathers and invisible MLAs. Only lip service is given by MPs (has been a change recently, so yet to be tried and tested) Wake Up Bandra - and Say NO to all this. On the 15th of this month, ASSERT yourself. When you VOTE… Think Twice. Sudhir Kamath Officials from the Electoral Office at RV Technical School 17th/18th Road, are doing the rounds assisting voters to either delete or verify voters names, in Bandra & Khar. This saves us the trouble of filling forms and waiting for political parties to give us election chits. Please collect from them chits of the whole family and get them to come to the designated booth and vote on 15th October, a holiday. Vote for good governance. If you do not like any of the candidates on the list, press the NOTA button which means None Of The Above. Do not let undesirable candidates win, because YOU have been lazy! Vera Alvares APPEAL A 12 year old girl is suffering from Systemic Lupus Erythematosis. She has lost vision in one eye, amongst other complications. Her parents have already spent Rupees 6 lakhs at P.D. Hinduja National Hospital. They are in need of financial assistance, as treatment will continue for several months. Any contributions, big or small, will be greatly appreciated. Please contact 7498080905 / 9833130428 J. Joseph FIRE & FIR’s Fires, like the one at Escobar & Hot Chips will escalate, as no punitive action is taken against concerned MCGM Officers. We met the MCGM Commissioner, who suggested that, “Citizens should file an FIR with the Police & ACB against MCGM Officers”. Let us together bring about these long overdue MCGM Reforms – and not wait for an emergency situation Surindra Khubchandani CORRECTION We would like to bring to your notice that in your Sep 2014 issue, some of our members names are missed out. We have many more members in CROSS Organization. Lawrence D'Souza

MOLESTERS PROWLING The streets of Bandra are becoming more and more unsafe – inspite of security cameras and other initiatives. Elders are being robbed. Chain Snatching is rampant. Now, girls are being harassed and molested in broad daylight. There is a new modus operandi operating – and authorities should make a note of this. Boys & Girls change their names (not legally), at social gatherings and parties to attract friends from other communities and make friends more easily. Then, friendship slowly turns into close relationships… and full personal details are known. With some money power, show of strength and charm – the twist takes place. Drugs & sex plays an important part to entrap innocent partners. Partners are then forced to do undesirable acts. Many young lives have been lost in this ‘love mafia’ Beware, your son or daughter could be the next victim. Haider Khan CONS OF ONLINE SHOPPING The new study suggested that internet shopping experience reduces our interaction within the society making us feel lonely, The study shows that we may be missing the interaction that shopping on the high street can offer, like a chat over the counter. more than half (57 per cent) reported that they fear greater isolation within society as more people do all their shopping and administration online, whether it is booking holidays, shopping or paying bills. The survey also revealed that 26 per cent of online shoppers have regretted a purchase which has not turned out to be exactly what they thought they were getting once they opened the box, while 39 per cent revealed to have cancelled a transaction halfway through because they had a question about the product but could not find anyone to answer it for them. Despite the advantages of shopping online, 91 per cent of the 2,000 people polled think it is important to support local businesses. Bhagwan Thadani INDIAN HOCKEY My heartiest congratulations to Indian hockey team for winning the 2014 Asian games gold medal, defeating its arch rival Pakistan in the tie breaker after 16 long years. I strongly feel that Indian players played the fast passing game and outplayed Pakistan in every department of the game and have to score with efficiency in the penalty shoot out which saw Indian goal keeper played brilliantly by saving the two shots by the Pakistan in the crucial hours to win the match 4-2 with full time score level at 1-1. With Indian hockey team already qualified for the next Olympic games due to Asian champions, I strongly feel that Indian players still need the fast and speed stick work and the perfect passing to enable them to tackle the Europeans teams in the coming days. Well done India for winning the Asian games gold medal and making the country proud in the entire continent. Bhagwan Thadani Letters to the Editor should be exclusive to Bandra Buzz. The idea is to engage the neighbourhood not only with all our Political Parties but also with authorities like MCGM H/W ward & Bandra west Police, with the sole objective of improving our neighbourhood. Iconic commentator Xavier Almeida passes away after a brief illness Xavier Almeida - the Hockey / Football Commentator Par Excellence, known to most of the Gymkhana’s and Clubs that conducted Rink Hockey / Football in Mumbai and the suburbs, died on 8th September 2014 morning at Lilavati Hospital, Bandra; after a brief illness, to the shock of his many friends and colleagues. "It's a sad day for everybody here, at Willingdon Sports Club, Santacruz, said Merwyn Fernandes Former Olympian, "It's hard to imagine not having Xavier around. He loved his life and he lived it on his own terms. We will miss him very much." Yes, sport spectators will always remember him on iconic commentators high stool chair. With his prodigious memory, nononsense manner, total command of his brief and infectious and unfailing enthusiasm, Xavier came to define Rink Hockey / Football sport as a world-class brand. Ever the critical observer, he was always more than a detached bystander and never flinched from barking out blunt (and often controversial) opinions about the sporting - and occasionally unsporting - spectacle unfolding before him. But it was as a commentator on spectacular sporting events that he made his mark, his “garrulous gurgle adding presence to the big occasion. He seized the commentator’s art from the deferential, plummy-voiced, mustachioed phrase-makers of old, on behalf of the modern. Then there was his incredible eye for the action itself. In Rink

- Hockey, that meant separating out a squad of players - and calling the result in less time than it takes to read this paragraph, He clearly loved the game and had an analytical mind. “His voice actually engenders some of the adrenalin that people identify with, and he could create such a spirit of excitement that it helped people to live in the moment.” According to me, “It was the master at work - and it was a joy to hear him.” Without doubt, the finest broadcaster this sport Rink Hockey/Football will ever know. Advocate Glenn Lobo wins landmark judgement after 25 years Armed Forces Tribunal, Mumbai has ruled in favour of 12 soldiers, who have for many years been fighting for their pension. Justice Bhatia in his landmark judgement, has given his verdict in favour of the 12 soldiers entitled to their respective pension. Interim order for 3 years pension is to be calculated by the Ministry of Defence & Air Force Pension and Welfare Air Force, Record Office and the pension payment is to be paid, for which 4 months time has been given by the court from the date of the order. However, it has also been mentioned that any gratuity paid will be deducted while circulating the pension. This case in the Armed Tribunal Court has been fought by Glenn A. Lobo, High Court and Supreme Court Advocate. The NBT reported this as a landmark judgement, for which all other soldiers who have been deprived will be entitled for the said pension. The party to the suit case, soldiers Balwant Narayan, Vijay Joshi, Sharad Narkar, Yashwant Desai, Ramesh Limye, Keshdev Rumale and Krishnadev Sharma have benefited from this order. They have spent their early lives in the Air Force. Kirshnadev Sharma had spent nearly 9 years of active service in the military - and then until 15 years of completion, he and other soldiers were kept in the reserve. They were called as and when required. Krishnadev Sharma was called during his reserve period to fight the Chinese aggression and put a total of 13 service years and 325 days in service. He was later discharged from his duties and the

reserve, without reason. Krishnadev Sharma made several representations through his advocate, towards the government authorities dealing with pensions. However, they were rejected and declined as the authorities stated he was not eligible for pension, as he had not completed the mandatory 15 years of service in the military. However, later his representation by advocate Glenn Lobo brought smiles to him and other soldiers; when Justice Bhatia of the Arms Tribunal Court ruled in favour of their pension. May there be many more advocates like Glenn Lobo - and people that are willing to fight for their rights, in seeking justice. Debbie Pereira

It is indeed sad to see the effects of CORRUPTION in and around Bandra Khar SantaCruz - Act Now, or REPENT for the next Five Years... You NEED someone who will stand by you for Justice - and seeks the TRUTH. I have seen first-hand, people's inner craving for a clean change. Their inner craving is my sincere commitment to them. Support Me NOW - To CRUSH CORRUPTION ...and see the dramatic change ! PLEASE ACT NOW - TOMORROW MAY BE TOO LATE...” Adv. Shane Cardoz wants to create a better Bandra Khar SantaCruz, with a dramatic change from what we are experiencing now. The critical question is: Will we heed his call – and support him, now!

The Civic & Political Cell of St. Andrew Parish, Bandra, took the initiative of inviting candidates standing for the State Assembly Elections from Bandra, Khar & Santacruz Constituency # 177, to a common platform under the forum, 'KNOW YOUR MLA CANDIDATE' on Saturday evening, 11th October, 2014 in the Bosco Hall, St. Andrew Church, Bandra. Unfortunately, because of the split in parties, much time has been spent by political parties in getting their act together, resulting in a short period for an interaction with the MLA candidates. Most of the parties had been busy campaigning in different areas and at least 5 candidates had confirmed to attend the meeting. Needless to say, the tide has turned and our enlightened youth, middle class, the well-heeled have come to realise that each vote counts. Even though the meet was called at short notice,

Asif Bhamla: I Can Be Bandra’s Game-Changer

w Your ndidates the Bosco Hall was almost packed to capacity. Ms. Shyama Kulkarni, Trustee of AGNI; because of her vast experience in conducting such events, was invited to moderate the programme and assist the Civic & Political Cell organisers. Congress candidate, Baba Siddique had excused himself earlier due to pre-planned rallies in other areas. The BJP candidate, Adv. Ashish Shelar who had confirmed to attend, got delayed due to the Bazaar Road fire and other rallies - and hence sent a message of his inability to attend. MNS candidate, Tushar Aphale was held up at a rally far away and regretted his inability to reach on time to Bandra. In all, it was a good interaction with the Shiv Sena candidate Vilas Chawri, NCP candidate, Asif Bhamla and MSP candidate Adv. Shane Cardoz – and the electorate present went home as informed voters. Kishore Gaikwad

When we came to know that Asif Bhamla was the NCP Candidate for the Bandra West Assembly Constituency # 177, our reporters spoke to the MLA Candidate; to get some insights about what he has to offer Bandra, Khar & SantaCruz. He is simple, unassuming and someone you can instantly connect to. Asif Bhamla - the self-made entrepreneur, best-known for his philanthropic activities, has a social bent of mind. Whether it is providing job opportunities, helping poor students with securing admissions and payment of school and college fees, he helps youngsters turn entrepreneurs by giving them the needed tools like tailoring machines… among others. Asif Bhamla has been been in the forefront with Bhamla Foundation, an NGO that believes in accessibility and action. Children hold a special place in Asif Bhamla’s heart. He organises programmes on ‘World Environment Day’ and for kids and special children on a regular basis - and helps needy children with scholarships and food supplies and wheelchairs for the handicapped. He has organized one of the largest Medical Camps in Bandra. This man with a golden-heart has an excellent team to fulfil has dreams and make them a reality. This is being done for than 15 years. Interestingly, Bhamla takes all this in his stride. "God gives us things for a purpose - to share and care. I am merely doing what each of us should be doing." says Bhamla, whose current mission among others, is to also go green and restore the city her old glory. From his office on New Kantwadi Road, he told us how he had been waiting patiently for a positive signal from the NCP Party (He is the Spokesperson for Mumbai) bigwigs to give him a ticket to contest the elections. Being a Bandra boy, he always wanted to do something to improve conditions & solve local issues. He wanted to be a vital part of the civic, social & political change. That is why, when he recently got a ticket to stand for MLA, he was very excited – and started campaigning with gusto. He passionately told us, that his supporters are spread across all communities – and he was “contesting to WIN”. His teams are working 24x7, to ensure that his message of “TIME FOR CHANGE” is spread across the suburbs that he loves so much. Asifji told us that this was his chance to help change Bandra Khar SantaCruz, if people supported him enough to win as their next MLA. He envisions to put his plans into action: to resolve burning issues, that affect common citizens, inspite of complaining several times. Asifji emphasised that he would be available to talk to people about their issues – and would do his best to resolve them as soon as possible. If elected, he promises a better outreach to create an atmosphere of accessibility, action & accountability. Yes, as Asif Bhamla concluded, “I Can Be Bandra’s Game-Changer”. The million dollar question is: Will we support him, enough to win. Jayesh Kataria

WHO SAYS THAT THE YOUTH OF TODAY IS DISILLUSIONED?

PREMIERE PILGRIMAGE OF 15 SCHOOLS TO MOUNT MARY'S

'The young middle-class Indian is more concerned with Birkins and bikes and the EMIs on a new home and travelling abroad than politics,' novelist Shobha De tells Rediff.com's Savera R. Someshwar and Vaihayasi Pande Daniel. When I read this comment few days ago, I totally agreed with Ms. De; because somehow I felt that indeed the youth of this nation is disillusioned. They spent time in bars, discos, sheesha and food joints. But, I was totally taken aback and had to reframe my opinion this afternoon when I was invited to judge the Semi- Finals of the Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues Memorial Debate 2014. This debate was held at Fr. Conceicao Engineering College at Father Agnel Ashram, Bandra. Right from the first day when the event team contacted me, the entire team worked as one unit. They were so professional in their approach. The way the cultural secretary Mariya Ali approached me for my consent, the letter which was drafted, the way it was sent to me, all was so smooth and nice. When I reached the venue, I had an escort who was there with me all the time. Pearl Fernandes, a sweet girl, made me feel relaxed - and genuinely took care of me all those hours that I was in the premises. The debate that took place had two topics to deal with, “Should Political Post people resign when the Political Powers change at center? - and the second was, “India did not play a spoil sport by not signing the WTO Trade Agreement.” I was zapped by the amount of

The Bandra Inter-School Republic Day (BIRD) Committee organized a firstever pilgrimage of Christian students to the Mount Mary’s Basilica on 16th September. There were about 1800 Christian students who walked up the stretch of Hill Road to the Mount along with teachers in a prayerful mood. They assembled at the Basilica to relive the ancient tradition and devotion to Mother Mary. iGeneration witnessed a living faith in action in the age of Google (AGAnno Google). Our students returned enriched with a visible spirituality which they saw radiated in the devotees. Bishop Bosco Penha the main celebrant of the Eucharist in his message, requested stu-

knowledge that these young men and women displayed. Their language was impeccable, their body language assertive, but not intimidating, their mannerism decent - and their argument and counter argument always guarded, so as not to display anything which would hurt their opponent. I am not saying this because I was invited to judge the competition, but because I saw a rare display of talent among the youth fraternity present over there. The audience displayed such behavior that our statesmen need to take a few lessons from them. In a country where counter arguments take such a nasty turn that it makes us hang our head in shame, these young boys and girls are a hope for teachers like me, who is optimistic that this country will change only because of the new blood. The entire event was organized and managed by the students, right from invite, hospitality and the debate organization. This entire experience has reiterated one thing and that is THE YOUTH OF THIS COUNTRY IS NOT DISIIUSIONED. They know their dreams and even the path that would take to fulfill their dreams. I am sure that if these youth enter politics they would for sure bring some radical change not only in politics, but also in the entire nation. Here is wishing BEST OF LUCK to the entire team of Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues Memorial Debate 2014 a grand success for now and in years to come. May they showcase the best talents of this country time and again. Sabiha More

A POINT OF VIEW In any reputed company, the person chosen to head the team for progress, has the highest qualification and has often varied exposure to the job knowledge due to vast training for the specified opening. Why then does he or she find it so difficult to get co-operation goodwill and appreciation? Why does he feel fagged and unable to sleep at night? Why has he got that put on smile, as he holds an unseen dagger which has threatens him daily? I feel it is the loss of what he or she had. It is scientifically called Emotional Intelligence (EI). The tiny baby responds, to do what is told, to smile, to catch, to wave bye etc. because he knows he is OK and so are the others. The accumulation of degrees opens doors to conflict, only because, now the child is not OK, and has to prove he is OK. I am writing in the hope of opening the mind of persons in authority, towards a gentle wise way, to preserve the natural, God given EI; for parents to nurture confident and happy children and for all to, regain , or maintain that I am ok, and so are you. I shall provide short episodes, mostly true life, to reflect on and cause you to assess and conduce the TRUTH. Then even shatter the old you

into the You, you were born to be. Hopefully, then we will all realize, I am OK and You are OK. And life will be joy. It was the first day of school and the nervous youngsters filled the benches, gazing at the unfamiliar class teacher with boredom and fear. After the ‘welcome’, I asked the important question, “Who wants to work hard and become a doctor?” 95% of the hands went up. Ha, if they only knew, the strain, and even rejection doctors go through today, I thought. Then one brave boy, spoke up “Teacher, if all of us become doctors, who will sell tickets at the railway station?” what a lot of sense. This boy could rule the country, I thought. You may believe only four from this class, became doctors. The boredom vanished as I went on to excite their dreams, with the facts, that you all will work hard to gain knowledge, and then you will choose a profession, that you would love and be comfortable. Yes, the man who sells tickets, the driver, gardener, the pilot, the carpenter, the business man, all can be happy, if they do a service to others. I went on to teach them about the Creator, who made the cow, to give us

milk, the horse to ride on, etc. The boys shared their views. We are in His master plan, and all of us can appreciate the other. I, myself, wanted to own a sweet shop… I loved sweets, and still do, but, I said “I became a teacher, not a doctor, and love to be with you.” I then asked them if they liked me and got a loud ‘Yes’ If a child aims at his or her parent’s

dents to learn to love like Jesus and appreciate their mothers. The other celebrants were Managers and Principals of the 15 schools that joined in this premiere pilgrimage. Apostolic Carmel School and its PTA members helped in making this pilgrimage a success without inconveniencing the devotees using the assistance of the Bandra Police under the aegis of Sr. Police Inspector Mr. Ramchandra Dhawale and Mr. Pradeep Chavan (Sr. Police Inspector - Traffic). Our gratitude also goes out to the Management at the Basilica for helping us spread the devotion of Our Mother Mary. Fr Jude Fernandes S.J. dreams, this child is on the way to the road of suicide of his or her life. Remember to allow his or her, their own life. A child will do marvelously well, if at home he is given a simple routine and is allowed to live his own life, when the time comes. He will he OK and so will you. A teacher
