Begin Day 1 by taking an early morning bus to the colonial town of Lençóis. On Day 2, take a day trip to Iraquara, to visit Pratinha Cave and Lapa Doce Cave for swimming and optional snorkelling. Hike to the top of Morro do Pai Inácio tablemountain for incredible views. On Day 3 take a hike through the stunning Capão Valley to reach the Fumaça Waterfall immersed in a pristine natural environment.
