Macaron Tower

A very social, very different wedding cake. The base cake can be a traditional fruit cake sponge or any flavour you wish. Choose macarons to suit your wedding colours and theme. With the traditional fruitcake, the bakers suggest Chocolate Chai macarons.

Éclair Tower

And now for something completely different. This exquisite piece of wedding confectionary not only makes a statement, but who can resist a decadent éclair?

Paris-Brest

For a smaller wedding, a lunch occasion or an anniversary, this iconic French creation is ideal. It is flavoured with hazelnut crème patissiere and adorned with gorgeous spun sugar.
