303 Medals 紀念章: Bronze Advertising Medal, 1905, Obv “MINTING MACHINERY DANIEL SMITH & CO WOLVERHAMPTON ENGLAND 1905”, Rev coining press, “COINING PRESS” above, 32mm. Corrosion spot on obverse, almost very fine, rare. Estimate: US$200-300 Metalworking machine manufacturers set up by Daniel Smith in 1880. In 1905 they designed and manufactured coining machinery and tooling for the Chinese Mint (source: Wolverhampton Archives).
