Colors and texture may vary slightly for all hand printed pieces. Variations in fabric and color are characteristic of hand printed products. Colors may vary slightly from print run to print run, including samples.
TERMS Payments are processed when order ships. Shipping is charged to the customer account number provided and is standard ground unless otherwise specified. Fabric orders are To THE TRADE and are a minimum of 3 yards. Custom fabrics require a 50% deposit and are non-refundable. Rug orders are TO THE TRADE and sold per square foot. Custom sizes other than listed are available. Design fees may apply. Strike offs are available. Rugs require a 50% non-refundable deposit. All pillow orders are shipped 2–8 weeks unless buyer and Balanced Design® agree otherwise at time of order. Rug orders have a lead time of 8–10 weeks. Custom fabric lead time is 8 weeks. Orders can not be cancelled or changed without prior written consent. BALANCED DESIGN® reserves t he right to alter pricing and offerings at any time.

CARE RECOMMENDATIONS LINEN/CANVAS PILLOWS + FABRICS Spot clean or wash separately in cold with mild detergent/ line dry FELT PILLOWS Dry clean. WOOL RUGS Tufted 100% New Zealand Wool rugs are for indoor use only. Exposure to direct sunlight is a factor to consider in placement. Vacuum regularly. Remove spills immediately. Professionally clean every two years. Do not apply stain r epellent treatment containing silicone. Sprouting and shedding of yarn is expected for several months and is not a defect. If this happens, l ift the fibers gently and trim flush with rug.
