1. Calling To Order Chairman LMF. Tr. Senthil Kumar called to order the 45th Annual General Meeting of MRT-14, the1076th continuous Meeting, with a toast to the President, Republic of India and sponsor tables MRT-1 and th CRT-9 at Hotel Sangam on Friday, 7 August 2015. 2. Reading of Aims & Objectives LMF. Tr. Raghu Ram read the Aims & Objects of Round Table India. 3. Round Table India Song All tablers rose and sang the Round Table India song. 4. ConďŹ rmation of minutes of the previous AGM meeting Minutes of the 44th AGM meeting was proposed by LMF. Tr. Arun Jr and seconded by LMF. Tr. Promod Joseph 5. Approval of Audited Accounts and Balance Sheet for the year LMF. Tr. Vikram, Treasurer presented the Audited Accounts and Balance Sheet for the year 2013-14 and it was proposed by LMF. Tr. Vikram and was seconded by LMF. Tr. Promod Jospeh. 6. Appointment of Auditors, Bankers and Resolution authorizing Incoming OfďŹ cer Bearers to operate the Bank Accounts Mr N V Nathan and co was appointed the auditor for the year. It was decided that Canara Bank, Madurai will continue to be the bankers of MRT-14 for all the three accounts; Table Account, Project Account and Food Fest Account. It was resolved that any two among LMF. Tr. Sunder, LMF Tr. MS Vikram and LMF. Tr. Lakshan Vaithiam will jointly be the authorized signatories for operating the bank accounts. This was proposed by LMF Tr. Lakshan Vaithiam and it was seconded LMF Tr. Vijay MM.
7. Reading of notice reconvening the meeting LMF. Tr. Arun Junior read the notice reconvening the 45th AGM of MRTth 14. The 45 AGM of MRT–14 jointly held with MCRT-99 was reconvened nd on Saturday, August 22 2015 at Hotel Heritage. 8. Appointment of Sergeant of arms LMF. Tr. Vijay Shrenivas and Tr. Vinod M were appointed Sergeant at Arms. 9. Welcome address LMF. Tr. Senthil kumar welcomed the Chief Guest, Area Chairman LMF. Tr. Josie Joseph. Rinkle Mukesh presented a welcome bouquet to the Chief guest Josie Joseph 10.Roll Call All visiting Tablers, Square Legs, Circlers and Past Circlers recorded their presence

11.Communication and greetings received LMF. Tr. Arun Junior read the greetings and communication received. 12.Seargent's Act – I LMF. Tr. Vijay S and LMF. Tr. Vinod M of MRT 14 presented their act. Chairman Senthil was identiďŹ ed as a Kalikeya agent running his operations from Melur. In the search for the agent they came across tablers in various locations carrying out their day duties with seriousness. 13.Presentation of Annual Report Secretary LMF. Tr. Arun Arunachalam presented the Annual Report for the year gone by. It was a detailed presentation, which went on for almost an hour. Ladies and Tablers really liked the details in the presentation and it showcased all the activities that had been done throughout the year.
14.Felicitation of retiring Tablers LMF. Tr. Senthil Kumar invited LMF Tr. Dr. Vijay M to felicitate LMF Tr. Sridhar. As expected Dr.Vijay delivered a quirky and thoughtful felicitation to Sridhar. He went on to highlight Sridhar's contribution, achievements and participation in all facets of tabling. Sridhar's feat as an Area chairman was well described by Dr.Vijay in his speech. It was one ďŹ nal speech that Sridhar had to deliver, he was at his nostalgic best starting from his proposer he thanked everyone for making his tabling journey as comfortable as possible. He thanked tablers of 14 and square legs of both MRT14 and MCRT 99 for their support. He encouraged tablers to take up responsibilities at all levels of tabling. He thanked his family for their support. Sridhar was at his usual best not missing the details. He thanked all visiting tablers from area 1. LMF. Tr. Senthil Kumar ďŹ nally presented a memento plaque and the token walking stick to Sq. Leg. Sridhar for his service and fellowship with the Table. 15. 16. Address by outgoing Chairman Chairman Senthil Kumar thanked all the visiting tablers, HT's of both tables, Square legs, Ladies and circlers. He thanked the table for providing him unconditional support throughout the year. He praised the efforts of Projects and Small Projects convenor -Jayapradeep for being there for him when it was required. He heaped praise on Jayapradeep for the Rice Bank Project. He also thanked Sq.Leg Manoj for the continuous support throughout the year. He appreciated the efforts of newly joined tablers Vijay Shrenivas and Vinod who were actively participating in all facets of tabling. He also appreciated the efforts of Promod in organizing one of the best NFD meets at Courtallam. He thanked Sq.Lg. Nagaraj and Tr.Raghuram for their support towards Anganwadi projects done during the year. He thanked Honorary Tablers Zafar and Aruna for their support throughout the year. He thanked his secretary and treasurer (Arun Junior and Vikram) for doing a good job and for always being supportive throughout the year. He also appreciated the efforts of Vikram who was the fellowship convenor for the activities throughout the year. 17.Exchange of jewels LMF. Tr. Senthil Kumar invested the Chairman jewel to LMF. Tr. 18.Appointment of Honorary Tablers The Chairman appointed Sq Leg Nagaraj Krishnan and Sq Leg Dr. Satish as Honorary Tablers for the year 2015-16. 19. Address of Incoming Chairman LMF. Tr. Sunder addressed the oor, he was proud to be the chairman of the oldest table in the area. He wanted to focus on Extension, Fellowship and Family facets for the year. He also thanked tabler Jayapradeep for the work done towards the fundraiser, which was due very soon. Gopi and Rishwanth will plan a family outbound trip. He also wanted more focus on CCL and Firecracker fundraiser. He then went on to present his convenors for the year. He also informed the oor about his position as national head of Indus Ind bank. He also emphasized that MRT 14 is supreme than any individual. He thanked Sq.Legs Nagaraj and Dr.Satish for the support to be rendered for the year

21.Address by Chief Guest Area Chairman Josie Joseph thanked both the madurai tablers for always being there whenever he wanted something to be done. He thanked them for their continous support. Chairman Senthil and Sanjay had taken 14 & 99 to the next level. He also praised the seargents act of both the tables. He thanked the madurai tablers for the support received for the area events - Mass tour, Sports meet, Trek, Freedom Drive, Flood Relief, Nepal relief efforts, Thanked PAST AREA CHAIRMEN Promod and Sridhar for their support. He also conveyed to the oor that madurai tables have won super secretaries and star treasurers more times than any other city or town last year.He conveyed his wishes to retiring tablers Sridhar, Suseendran, Deepak Newton and Anwar. He highlighted about the support received from the area small projects convenor-Tr.Vikram and praised the Rice bank project done by Tr.Jayapradeep and Manoj. He also thanked southern star editor Tr. Jayapradeep. He went on to thank Mukundan (supply house) and Sunder (sports meet) for their role as area convenors. He then thanked AST Raj Santhosh who has been a pillar of support and his work has been fantastic throughout the year. He ďŹ nally thanked Junior, Jabu, Vishnu and Vicky for their outstanding work as secretaries and treasurers of their respective tables. Cr. Meena Arun presented the Chief Guest with a memento.
22. Any Other Matter Sq.Leg MSR was critical on the response of the oor and he said it was pathetic behaviour!! we need to relook at the way we behave in our!! AGM. He also gave reasons on why Round Table is a better organization compared to other movements. Sq. Leg Beboy asked tablers and also some square legs to roll with the times.. and he stated that round table has now evolved to adapt to the changing needs of current tablers. He conveyed his greetings on behalf of the square legs of 99. Zafar Salim conveyed his greetings on behalf of the honorary tablers of 14. Greetings received from - TMRT 108 (Amalraj), Johnny ( TRT 88), MLC 60, Visalakshi (MLC 8). 23.Vote of Thanks Tr. Mukundan, Secretary, MCRT 99 proposed the vote of thanks. He thanked the Chief Guest and Area Chairman Josie Joseph for his presence. He also thanked all Tablers, Honorary Tablers, Square Legs, Visiting Tablers, Circlers and other guests for their presence and support. He specially thanked the management of Hotel Heritage and all other support staff for their support.
24.Toast and Closure LMF. Tr. Sunder closed the 45th Annual General Meeting of MRT-14, the th 1076 continuous meeting with a toast to Round Table India and Round Table International.
