DR. DARSHAN SHAH Best Plastic Surgeon Dr. Darshan Shah completed most of his medical training at the University of Missouri, Kansas City before moving to Bakersfield in 1995. At that time, he worked at the Kern Medical Center and UC San Diego’s five-year surgical training program. He eventually turned to plastic surgery to be more challenged, he said.
