Established in Lytham St Annes in 2018, Sandgrown Spirits creates multi-award winning small-batch spirits under their own brand name, Lytham Gin, and for a number of prestigious clients. These include the Michelin starred Northcote Hotel and Royal Lytham and St Annes Golf Club.

The distillery’s founder, Sara Dewhurst, has a background in chemistry and is passionate about quality & flavour. With a keen interest in plants & botanicals, gin is where her heart lies & this is evident in the exceptional spirits she produces. Sourcing locally grown or wild-foraged ingredients to produce truly unique gin sets Sandgrown Spirits apart from other distilleries. There is a little bit of Lancashire in every drop!

The Guild of Fine food recognised Sandgrown Spirits as a Great Taste Producer in 2020, an accolade they have maintained every year since, with awards bestowed on their own gin as well as their bespoke products.

As a micro distillery, they offer a specialised service to establishments and individuals who want their own spirits in batches as small as just 36 bottles.

Exhibiting at this year’s White Label Show generated lots of interest and the company is now working with numerous new clients to produce some interesting new spirits.
