CONTROL SYSTEM Modern Innovative and modern Swedish control system Alent Dynamic recognized by all world’s leading woodworking companies is used to manage and control the drying process. Programs of proven Italian manufacturers are used for managing standardized processes. Specialized control programs are also used for drying firewood and pallets.
Easy to use Control system is easy to use, is fully animated – operation of active elements is shown not only by numbers, but also by real-time movements of all functional units on the screen. Control system includes not only the drying process, but also the entire operation control system shown in graphs or tables, which are also very important.

TYPES OF DRYING CHAMBERS
CONVENTIONAL DRYER TTK: The most common are conventional convectional dryers. These dryers are intended for high-quality drying of wood. Frame and covering of these dryers are made from aluminium and wall thickness reaches 200 mm. Loading: by forklift Capacity: 40-280 m3 Final moisture content: 8-10%/16-18% Insulation material: rockwool Heat carrier: water, steam, thermal oil Moistening system: low or high pressure Snow load: 240 kg/m2 Wind load: 130 km/h Dryer is equipped with a system management, which makes it possible to control the drying processes remotely. HT Mode (heat treatment) – any of our dryers can be equipped with HT mode, which is used in the handling pallets in compliance with ISPM 15 standard.
FIREWOOD DRYERS TTK-F This dryer is adapted for fast and efficient drying of firewood. It is designed with increased heating surface area and air flow. It is recommended to use a higher temperature heat carrier, which allows the dryer to reach a temperature of 130°C, thus reducing the drying cycle to 1.5-2 days and allowing to save on electricity. Simplified control system is also used in these dryers. Unlike naturally dried firewood, moisture content of wood after treatment in these dryers is lower, therefore firewood smokes less and has increased heat emission, besides, pest insects in wood are also exterminated. This allows you to offer premium products to your customers.
TUNNEL DRYERS TTK -T Tunnel dryers are the same convectional dryers, only the loading method is different. Wood is loaded onto rail cars and rolled up on rails in these dryers. Because of this, these dryers are usually chosen when materials need to be loaded and unloaded fast, as well as when fast drying is necessary – short cycle in which wood is dried to transport moisture content, which is very suitable for building materials. But in these dryers, it is also easy to achieve the traditional moisture level of 8-10%, therefore they can be used by companies where this method of loading is more suitable for the processing process.
