Premium Health, beyond physical exercise

The Physical Activity Centre is launching Premium Health in October, a new comprehensive programme for the over 60s. It is designed to improve their quality of life through activities and workshops providing them with knowledge and skills. This new Premium Health programme includes personalised assistance with different activity intensities aimed at achieving individual evolution. The courses are offered at convenient times, both in the gym and pool.
