FISKE'S FAMOUS CHEESY BREAD

COLUMNIST: Mr Fiske

Over these past months I think I have made this more than anything. My beautifully pregnant wife has been craving this time and again so I figured I’d share the recipe this month

Ready in 15 minutes

Serves 8 People

Ingredients

1 loaf of sourdough

1 cup ricotta cheese

¼ cup softened butter

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon dried parsley

½ dried basil

1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

1. First you are going to want to preheat your oven to around 350 degrees Then line a baking sheet with tin foil

2 Next you'll want to slice your bread of choice in half horizontally. My wife loves sourdough so for my recipe I use a fresh loaf of sourdough

3. In a medium bowl whisk together all ingredients except for the parmesan until smooth
