What’s No. 1 on your commercial real estate bucket list? “My legal practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions on Native American land. As a result, number one would be to help one of our professional sports franchises relocate to Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.”

What is a surprising fact about you? Riddell lives on a horse ranch in Scottsdale where she and her two daughters train to compete in dressage competitions around the world. She has won numerous state and regional championships, and has been awarded bronze, silver, and gold medals by the United States Dressage Federation.
Biggest career accomplishment (within the last 3 years) In 2018 and 2019, Sender’s clients were able to open or start construction on 2.3 million square feet of projects including almost 1,000 residential units and 290 hotel keys. She saw the opening of the Opus project, The Union, the opening of the mixed-use Whole Foods project, The Local, and start of work for the Westin Tempe and Trinitas Atmosphere.
