What advice would you offer to someone who wants to become successful in commercial real estate? Work, work, work and work. This is a competitive business, and there are no shortcuts to success. You need to love to work, help people succeed in their business, and not worry about the money. What do you consider the most surprising fact about you? I love to sing and play the piano. I also loooove to go fast. Anything on or off-road that goes fast, I am interested in participating in. I also love to drive to my cabin in Show Low and just “hang out” for a day or two. It’s therapy for me to drive, unwind, watch a movie, and think.

What advice would you offer to someone who wants to become successful in commercial real estate? Suit up for every game. Get there early, stay late and ask as many questions as you can. Get up the next day and repeat this procedure because “the wolf is always at the door” —and ALWAYS remember to have fun along the way.
