Perfect for almost any workshop, the NV750 Workshop Vacuum Extractor is quiet, efficient and offers unrivalled performance. Built in heavy gauge epoxy painted steel, it is light in weight and easily stored under the workbench.
Many operational features are included within the package which will enable the user to link the extractor to a machine or hand operated power tool as required. As standard, this machine offers excellent filtration and can be upgraded to M Class filtration standards with the addition of the optional HEPA module (210657). The head assembly incorporates two 1,200W “TwinFlo” vacuum motors providing ample power for all but the most demanding of tasks. Also fitted is a visual flow indicator for monitoring performance.

The extractor is fitted with a “Permatex” filter giving filtration down to 0.5 micron @ 99.95%, with the option of fitting a “HepaFlo” disposable filter bag if required for safe waste disposal - a must when machining MDF. Meeting L Class filtration standards, this machine can be upgraded to M Class filtration standards with the addition of the optional HEPA module (210658). There is a blower socket for the exhaust air which can be directed away from the work area if required. The drum assembly incorporates a 51mm cyclonic inlet connector for large dust/ chips, and a 51mm front entry for use with HepaFlo bags making this the perfect solution to almost all small machinery or power tool applications.

A wide range of accessories enable this extractor to be tailored to suit your needs. The accessory kit includes a 2.5 metre 51mm flexible extraction hose with a rubber expanding cuff for linking to most small workshop machines with up to 58mm dust ports. A 51mm stainless steel “gulper” crevice tool is provided for general workshop cleaning. Other popular accessories include a floor cleaning kit and mobility chassis as well as a 2.9 metre, 32mm hose and rubber step down adaptor for connecting to hand operated power tools or small, benchtop machines.

The extractor is fitted with a red “Filtrex” primary filter and a secondary “Permatex” filter as standard, with the option of fitting a “HepaFlo” disposable filter bag if required, a must when machining MDF. The “Filtrex” filter also protects the filter system from impact damage from fast moving larger chips. The 10 metre cable set provides all round the workshop use from one power point. The drum assembly incorporates a 100mm cyclonic inlet connector, this is the best method of connection for most tasks. A 100-51mm reducer is provided to enable the 2.9 metre 32mm power tool hose to be fitted. The 51mm front entry is used when you need to use the Hepa Flo collection bags, perfect for the safe disposal of MDF or other fine dusts.
