A support stand with real balls. Three rows of eight 16mm diameter balls spaced 250mm apart form the backbone of this support stand. It is very sturdily built and capable of supporting a load of up to 200kg. The feet are independently adjustable with the patent wedge lock height setting providing firm non-slip height positioning. The stand adjusts using a rack and pinion system to allow easy and precise height setting between 660 and 1,060mm. Twin locking levers prevent slippage. Each single turn of the knob raises or lowers the roller by about 3mm. The minimum height is 45mm, the maximum 160mm. The plate measures 260 x 180mm and has holes ready to take fixing screws or bolts. The roller itself measures 250mm long x 25mm diameter. This flexible roller conveyor offer many options and configurations for workshop, storage, warehouse or assembly situations. The linkage between the rollers offers variable length between 400mm and 1,250mm. In addition, this design means it can form a bend of up to 90°.
