Wake-up Timer Setup This function allows time-controlled actions, such as recording a certain program at a certain time. The unit must be in on mode. Enter the desired settings and press the OK button to save. Timer Num. Up to 8 timer events can be saved. Timer mode Select the repeat mode for the timer event (1-8). On mode Select the type of action for the specified point in time. On mode can be defined as “Wake-up alarm” or “Wake-up channel”. Wake-up alarm If on mode is set to “Note” you can select predefined notes to be displayed. Wake-up channel If on mode is set to “On”, “Channel” or “Record” the channel can be defined, which is played when the unit turns on. Date On-date for the active timer event. On-time On-time for the active timer event. Duration Defines the duration, how long the unit stays turned on. Please note Please note that this function cannot be used to turn the unit on. Please note the notices for the recording function.
Parental Lock You can lock individual channels; these are only available after entering the password. The default password is “0000”. See chapter 12.2.1 – Station Management.
12.2.4 Software Update The latest software can be installed on this unit. Please follow all instructions supplied with the update. Updates are available from the website www.odys.de. If no updates are available no later versions than the installed version are available for this unit.
