Henry Schein, Inc. Hosts 5th Annual Back to School Program – Henry Schein Orthodontics and representatives from local social service agencies helped 500 pre-identified Carlsbad children return to the classroom with confidence at their Back to School event in early August. Children received backpacks filled with school supplies. The children and their families enjoyed lunch, drinks, craft tables, bounce houses and other activities, including book distributions, which were also part of the event. “Back to School” is a flagship initiative of Henry Schein Cares, the Company’s global social responsibility program, and is supported by the Henry Schein Cares Foundation, 1 501(c)(3) organization that works to foster, support, and promote dental, medical, and animal health by helping to increase access to care for communities around the world.
