Three years ago, when I learned that my husband was offered a position in Singapore, I got busy on Google, searching for “expats Singapore”. My search brought me to AWA. An email from the organization encouraged me to try the drop-in Coffee. Before we moved here, I knew I was going to be happy!

Now, three years later, I am chair of Friday’s Coffee & Friends. I have met so many wonderful, interesting, adventurous women. I learned so much information, such as the best place to buy flowers, best bakeries in Tiong Bahru, great places to travel (yes, we WILL travel again) and great places for a drink. I have connected with women from all over the world.

Coffee & Friends is the place to launch your adventures in AWA. It is a low key place to meet like-minded ladies and learn more about the other groups and events in AWA as well as getting tips on how to navigate this new life in Singapore.

Join us for your favorite morning beverage paired with good conversation. We meet at Da Paolo Gastronomia at Great World, Fridays from 10:30-12:30. Be sure to sign up ahead on the website as we are limited to 4 persons plus a host. Members old and new are always welcome.
