Russell Ford is Chief Executive Officer of StandardAero. He joined StandardAero from Precision Castparts, where he served as a division President. Ford also led several private equity companies including ClearEdge Power, Prestolite Electric and Holley Performance Products. Prior to that, he led aircraft production at multiple operating sites for Lockheed Martin. In addition, he held senior management positions at AlliedSignal, Bell Helicopter and AT&T. Ford holds an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and Shingijutzu Lean Expert.

Lewis Prebble is President of StandardAero’s Airlines & Fleets division. As the leader of StandardAero’s largest division, he is responsible for the operational and financial performance of the multiple business units comprising Airlines & Fleets. He joined StandardAero in April 2021 and serves as a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. Prior to StandardAero, Prebble served as SVP for the Americas at Rolls-Royce.
