What distinguishes you from other brokers? Success in this business is determined by customer service and marketplace knowledge. I believe my clients trust me because I am able to successfully anticipate and marry their needs with the most appropriate properties. Additionally, I strive to build long-lasting relationships so my clients feel confident and comfortable referring my services to their contacts.
What do you see for the year ahead in your real estate market? I see another very positive and fast-paced year ahead in New York City real estate. There are several amazing projects coming in 2012, mortgage rates will remain at record-low levels and international buyers are helping to fuel the continued strength of our market. If you are not already invested in the New York City real estate market, now is the time!
What are most of your clients looking for? I have clients looking for virtually every property type and the consistent variable among all those in this group is a desire for the highest quality product available. Buyers today are smarter, savvier and more educated than ever before. They do not want to compromise when it comes to quality and it is my job to exceed their expectations whenever possible. ✦
