Eye strain is part of most office environments. Make sure the room and monitor have matching lights, reading a bright screen in a dark room can cause unnecessary eye strain.

Often coming from our intestines, complaining about sitting for long periods. Make sure to get up and move around frequently, drink plenty of water.

Combine the eye strain, intestines and muscle inflammation, and your alarm bell starts ringing. Headaches should not be ignored, drink more water, rest your eyes and walk around the office, if you can go outside for a short break.

Very little movement combined with sitting positions and irregular eating habits are causing obesity in offices everywhere.

After spending many hours sitting the hamstring muscle get tight which can easily lead to tight knees and knee pain.

Very common in offices, believed to be caused by intestines and poor posture. Make sure your bowels are moving and don’t slouch!
