What is Hatha Yoga? ď ś Hatha yoga is not a particular form, but a broad term that includes any and every physical practice of yoga. It is a preparatory process of yoga, which brings balance between the sun and the moon or the Pingala and Ida in the person practicing it on a regular basis. These refer to the masculine aspects (active, hot, and sun) and the feminine aspects (receptive, cool, and the moon) that we all have in our bodies.
