Following the selection process and a Certificate of Sponsorship being issued, the candidate should get a decision within 3 working weeks of their application (8 weeks if applying from inside the UK).
How thorough is the screening process?

As well as complying with standards set out by NHS frameworks, Avanta Care has many years’ experience vetting and verifying candidates. After well over a decade of recruiting healthcare staff from Europe and further afield, we have perfected our screening process. We thoroughly check work experience, training and qualifications, employment history, right to work, criminal records and legitimacy of references.
